Despite what the media says this election is over. Just about impossible Trump gets the 270 from the electoral college. We are looking at a potential landslide. In high school football terms, Hillary is Alcoa and barring a historic change of course she will be the next POTUS.

Great these players get to strap it up one more time this season.

Not the type of athletes needed to beat Waverly. What is McConnell's record against Fairview? I would say if teams want to see how to beat the Tigers they need to study some of those game films. If teams can get pressure using their D-line and be physical with the WRs of Waverly then they can be slowed down. The key to beating them defensively is using multiple formations to get the looks needed to create extra gaps.

Teams that have athletes give Waverly trouble since McConnell has been there. If McKenzie can limit the big plays by Waverly and make them put together drives then they can beat them. How is McKenzie's D-line?

I believe it has been 10 or so years since these two played against each other in the playoffs. I believe the game was at Camden, who was on a 10 game winning streak and CPA came in with an offensive explosion that game. I don't think either team is at that level they were when they last met but it will be a great game, but I believe the Lions of CPA win by 2 TDs.

Can we just give the gold ball to Alcoa and have two teams play for the Silver ball in Cookeville? Only thing I love about Alcoa playing in the 3A game it gives me time between the 1A and 5A game to hit up Bdubs.

This game The Squatch will start to show why the Valley teams need to step up their out of conference schedules. The Squatch still wins but it will keep people in Dunlap nervous until the 2nd half.

Who is the other player out besides Trueheart? Is it Carter? I saw on Twitter someone say Carter had a knee injury but that is not a reliable source and it seemed he played a heck of a game Friday night.

From the film I have seen on both teams, I say CPA is 2-3 TDs better than Camden. Now Camden may prove me wrong but I would take CPA giving Camden 14 points if we are in Vegas.

It would be some great games for sure. Hate that either Milan or Liberty will be eliminated after Round 2.

Cheatham runs the perfect offense to give this team fits. If Cheatham doesn't win then CPA will beat Stratford the next Week.

Hate it for the student, and for Harpeth who was under the impression they would have a home game next week in the playoffs. Them and the young man are the two entities hurt the most by this.

1. Alcoa- F5 has a chance to mercy rule their way to another Gold Ball in Cookeville. 2. Liberty Tech- Crusaders are the favorite to come out of the West right now but they will be tested by a number of different teams. 3. Elizabethton- This will be Alcoa's toughest test before they get to Cookeville, but the Cyclones season will likely end in the Quarters. 4. Milan- It is about to be November, which means it is Coach Morris time. The Bulldogs will be a tough out this playoff season. 5. Dyersburg- if the Trojans stay healthy they have an opportunity to avenge an early loss to Liberty in the quarterfinals or try to beat Milan twice in a season. 6. Goodpasture- The upstart Cougars are looking to rekindle the magic they had in the 2000s. 7. Fairview- Yellow Jackets finish their first undefeated season since 1979. Draw a tough East Nashville bunch in the 1st round. 8. Stratford- if the Spartans were a stock their value would be dropping. QB is out for the year and they struggled in their last regular season game. Discipline will be an issue and will be tested against the Cheatham Co. veer 9. CAK- Another squad whose stock has fallen due to an injured QB. Warriors will win the 1st round then bow out to Elizabethton in round 2. 10. Sequatchie Co.- The Squatch has a potential to host the F5 in the Semis or they could have an early exit. A weak schedule makes this team tough to judge. Teams to watch- CPA, Raleigh Egypt, Bolivar, Red Bank

For the championship game you need to pick the total points as the tiebreaker. 4. New this year is the game of the week bonus- I will select a game of the week and that game will be worth double the points for that round. 5. Picks must be submitted by Friday at 3 pm Central. Apparently an ineligible player was played. This whole situation is strange. Cheatham only winning by one in the actual game then the forfeiture.

Call the TSSAA they make the regions. Catholic it seemed was fully aware of the disparity thus you notice the score and what the coach did. Unfortunate not all teams take this path as not to embarrass the other team or try to prove a point.

Really doesn't affect me at all; however it does affect coaches and their planning. Hopefully by morning the situation will have some clarity. I just like for things to be right with the brackets. I have caught a mistake every year by the TSSAA since they went to the Zplan back in 09 so I kept that streak alive.
