Congrats to Powell for a Super Season and a great Championship Game. Good Luck to the Seniors. PATS it was a long time coming. Many times in the past so close but not quite there. You had a plan for this year and took care of business. You did make us fans suffer a little the closing minutes but might as well make it exciting! Thanks to the Coaches for their hard work. It is a bright sunny morning in Henry Land this morning. Way on the other side of the great Volunteer State Panther Land is probably the same. Both waking to FOOTBALL. Not much will get taught at the High Schools today. PATS, Mistake free game and Execution tonight and you can reach that goal! Play till it is 00:00, leave it on the field! After turning onto Willow the next main intersection is the one that runs along I40. Turn right it is restuarant row. I like Chedders. THere is a good Mexican place on Willow about half way between I40 and school it is on right in a small shopping center sits next to road. It is very good. We will most likely stop at new Mt Juliet exit where all the eateries are. I am guessing that Cookeville eateries might be crowded. Be Safe SEC! GO PATS !!!!!

I am not saying anything that has not already been said, just piling on. HCHS and PHS have similar styles of play resulting in both 14-0 and have now reached a point that neither has ever been too. This game will be a pleasure to attend and be a part of. Horse Throats will be in abundance by the end of the game. The Patriot defense and the Offensive line have been fun for me to watch this year. The D would seem to dominate from the first kickoff. The O Line much the same even during the last 2 games when the competition level picked up, by the 2nd Qtr they were taking control and opening holes. As a few posters alluded to this will be a game won in the trenches. Both teams will have game plans, they have to execute that game and adjust when needed. Can't wait to watch that unfold Friday night. Patriots > Win the toss. Take the Defense. Execute your plan on D and O. Play to the end and Hoist the Gold at the finish. GO PATS !!!!!

lets think about that for just one second. not to be rude but what dream land were you in when you came up with that rediculus prediction. granted powell is undefeated and has a very strong offensive. but your looking at a offensive team (powell) vs. a solid offensive team with a top rated defensive (Henry County). this is a unbiased opinion when i say that it will be a game for the books. Powell just does not compare to henry county that has a rock solid team and is hungry to bring home the gold for the first time in henry county history and thats what im seeing this friday night.

Finally, RED FRIDAY has arrived. Keep the Flags and TOs to a minimum, win both lines of scrimmage and play the game like the last! GO PATS !!!!
