This "message" to the state probably would be more significant if it wasn't GP for goodness sake. A team full of my grandmothers wearing no pads could beat GP.
I don't know what Region you've been watching this season, but Region 2-A is no powerhouse. In the past 4 years Region 2-A has been very respectable, however this year they could be the weakest in the state.
The CAK defense is the nastiest it has ever been(since the program began 2000). 5 linebackers that can flat out rip your head off, and a secondary that has made grown men cry. They do not wear down
South Greene is the 2nd ranked team in the worst AA region in the state. They have played no one of CAK's strength and I'm changing my prediction. CAK by 24
Bill Walton is a great American Hero, I don't appreciate you making him out to be a wild score predictor. Have some respect for our founding fathers.
CAK by 21
I don't think the rain is going to effect the warrior's gameplan. If I know Coach Bradley as well as I think I do he is probably saying the rain is a good thing because the DBs wont be able to plant. Also you are wrong in saying that Bowland is a pretty good running back. He is an absolute horse that would be rushing for over 1000 yds in a more run oriented offense.
Mmkay we need to forgive and forget. This will not turn into another OS thread.
This is gonna be a fun one to watch, one of the best football games to see in east tennessee tomorrow night. Bring the A-game warriors
As a freshman I was instructed to cut block on kickoff returns and as a result many of the opposing teams' players were injured. When i say cut block I don't mean make contact above the waist and then drop down, I was instructed to go for knees/shins. I have seen first hand how dangerous hitting the knees/below the knees can be and what worries me the most is that some coaches do encourage their players to illegally chop block. All hitting of the knees and below for the purpose of blocking should be illegal.
OS has not beaten a quality opponent this year. They lost to the only decent team they have played. OS doesn't get respect because they haven't earned it. You want to talk about tradition? Are we forgetting last year's season so soon??? Being the joke of AA last year is hardly grounds for being the "toughest place to play in the state." You talk a big game but when it comes down to it you've got nothing
CAK 35 OS 14
CAK is offensively stacked. There will be very few defenses in AA that will be able to keep CAK under 28 points, and you can quote me on that. UC may be well coached but the combination of CAK's nasty offense and their extremely fast linebackers will make this a tough night for UC.
It seems a bit hypocritical to me that the man who pushed so hard to get the private schools booted from 1-A is now a coach at one of the few privates left in 1-A. Any comments?
