  1. Not all do their talking with PADS. There's been a few talking but I didn't want to call them out.. Now if you want to make a sign, I won't be able to read it nor see it. I'm hoping to be on the sideline holding the chains. In other words, I'll be up close and personal with the Falcons . I'm sure I'll be talkin' trash to the players I know. Oh yeah maybe even a coach or two I seen one of Fulton's coaches today. He said he was ready for the seaosn and it should be interested.
  2. Whoa slow your role... You don't need to get on here and just talk bad about my Roadrunners. Can you at least tell us some positive things you seen in the Roadrunners? Man, nothing but bad things about AE.
  3. You are correct my friend. However, I don't think the ruling has came back yet therefore, the transfer could be seeing some action tonight against Maryville. What can you look for? You can look for the same type of hitting that you seen last year, the same type of speed, and the same type of discipline. The Roadrunners look the same as last year but with a little my prep to their step. please post your comments after the game, i won't be able to make this scrimmage but I would like to know your thoughts on the scrimmage. Thanks and GO AE and GO REBS, that'll be Knoxville WEST REBS
  4. LOL, where are you planning on sitting at? I might come and say hello.
  5. You should know me, I dream BIG. I've been seeing a couple of the Falcon players at Krogers they're not saying much about the team. Why you Falcons keeping quiet about what's going on?
  6. It's good to hear that Coach is improving. Who's coaching the line while he's out? Also, I heard about the head bunts, Tadvols, did you ever get one of those?
  7. I didn't see any that I know but I'm sure their were a few there. I think Fulton had a scrimmage Friday so most of the real fans probably was at their scrimmage... I'm thinking about going to that game when yall play Fulton, I heard your band is better than Chattanooga Brainerd's. That's like WHOA I MUST SEE..
  8. I'll have to agree with Muffin... It's time for a new champ to be crowd... Let's GO AE!!!
  9. Good Response I don' t know what to say on that one.
  10. I think you are... You gotta give Coach C and his Rebels some love too
  11. When is the Central at Alcoa scrimmage Wednesday or Thursday??? Please hit me up to let me know
  12. AE is supposed to have new home and away uniforms. That's just the rumor!! You know how rumor gets started
  13. I dug this out but I was wondering what everyone was thinking come 2005
  14. You might want to call him to find out for sure. I heard again last night that it's still being voted on. So who knows. I wish it works out for him so he can play..
  15. Albert is at Carson Newman playing under Coach Ken Sparks. Former Fulton QB Justin Long is in the running for starting QB at the Newman.
  16. Tony Dean.and Troutman got some reps. I don't know who took the first snaps because I wasn't there at the beginning however, both played. I think Troutman is cleared to play now- I'm not sure though
  17. Yes AE is supposed to travel to Maryville Tuesday, August 8th to scrimmage the Rebs from Maryville. Scrimmage time is schedule for 5:30.
  18. Thought the same thing however, the defense made me a little mad. I've never seen them give up that many yardage or the other teams running that counter trap so well against the Roadrunners. But like you said, there were some good signs of a good team over at AE..
  19. Hey Tynerfan, I didn't see a lot of people on board the Ram Train what happen? It was a good crowd however, I think Seymour won the battle of fans.
  20. Like the player from Farragut said, "No excuses should be made," If the Falcons didn't look so well just say it. I mean, remember these are just scrimmages and they don't mean anything. The main purpose of a scrimmage is to give your players a chance to hit somebody else besides each other. I hate to say this but I'm sure Fulton will be ok by the 2nd game Noticed I didn't say the first game. GO AE!!!
  21. Well there's a lot to be said about this 3 way scrimmage. I thought all 3 teams showed a lot of Sportsmanship and they a lot of fans in attendence. AE- QB's looked a little shaky and the OL looked a little rattle in the last scrimmage against Tyner. Offense looked promising. Defense, well you already know, "Shut Down!" Unlike in most games the Roadrunners gave up a lot of yardage but they stepped up when they knew they had to. I like the way the Roadrunners were playing. I'm looking forward to the season. I can offically say, "It's Football Time in TENNESSEE!!!" An area of concern in my opinion, will be AE's OL. It's a 4 quarter game and they have to play hard for all 4 quarters. In my opinion, they gave up against Tyner. I know things will get better over at the Roadrunners camp. This was just a chance to line up against another team. Could be a great year for the Roadrunners if things gell together. Seymour- They ran the ball well on AE however, when they had to pass, they couldn't complete them. In my opinion, the passing game will be an area of concern for the Eagles. Tyner- A good combination of the misdirection offense. They have a lot of speed and their WR's had a couple of GREAT catches. Most of their passes were short. An area of concern with Tyner will be their OL. During the passing game, there were to many defenders in the backfield. Man, this was a great 3 way with a lot of "Woooooo" hits. If you blinked you would've missed an amazing hit or a freight train running somebody over. These teams weren't afraid to go head up with you. The only thing left to say about these teams is, Watch out for all of these teams, they look to be headed in the right direction. Let's GO AE!!
  22. Thanks I found out already...
  23. So how did the Falcons look last night?
  24. Hey buddy no arguement coming from this way about the line. I give all my glory to the line. The line is what makes the offense click. But like I previously posted, "Offense sells tickets and Defense wins Championships." If that statement isn't true, there's no need to play a game of football, basketball, baseball, any sport you name.
