I used it durin my sophomore year in high school and my weight went from 195 to 230 by the time the playoffs started but once i stopped using it i lost all the weight and went to 185 after i got sick so if you do use it drink about 10 cups of water a day and when you do quit usin it your weight will drop.

The reason East let Walt go is he ran the offense to suit his son who might i add hasn't seen the field in two years at etsu. He also gave his son and two other players tickets to a ut game that was meant for the OG and two people of his choosin. Bragg was a good coach but when his son couldn't get into college on his own then he tried to focus the offense on him and it still only got him to etsu. Ayers is a baseball coach not a football coach Proffit will return to Mo West this year (hopefully) Sparky Woods will be at west within 3 years.

Lee is an excellent player but he's not tennessee's type i mean lee is a player that can light it up from anywhere on the court and tennessee gets the guys who can't do anything i mean i played against lee my sophomore year and he was averagin about 20 as a sophomore. 20 as a soph. isn't great around here but when you only shoot 7 or 8 times a game and get it and your team can win day in day out that's pretty good. Tennessee will realize next year what they lost when Florida wins the conference and UT and Vanderbilt are fightin for last in the conference.

Morristown West is losing alot they are losing qb rb 4 wr's 3 te's 4 ol de dt cb ss Maryville is losing stewart, mckinney, holt, clement, merritt, raulston, eubanks, galyon, tipton and thats all i can think of but maryville basically loses there recievers and secondary. While West needs a revamped offense to stay with anybody next year there defense will be solid.

John Minnich will take over the reins of quarterback for the trojans. He will be a junior next year.

Holly Cantwell played for Morristown West and not Morristown East as you have in your signees section.

West scrimmaged Cleveland about 2 years ago and i still remember that scrimmage. They was probably the best team in the state talent wise but they couldn't come together as a team and that hurt them I believe they was put out in the first round that year and finished something like 10-1 or 9-2 but all I know is that Cleveland really gave it to West. West went home wondering what went wrong cause that Cleveland team was huge. But Cleveland won the scrimmage pretty convincingly.

So did the counterfitting class of 2000 did they all graduate i just heard parts of this but i heard wilks was teh leader in the little ring.

Lee is an excellent shooter but he doesn't have the speed of a high d-1 i dont think but the kid can shoot from anywhere on the court. I think he will improve his speed and be a huge D-1 player.

Greeneville by far has the worst fans in the state i mean they gave it to Morristown West today pretty good. It went from calling a player buckwheat to calling a coach a traitor who hasn't been at greeneville in years. But after West crammed it down there throats the fans got pretty quiet. Those god-awful cowbells finally stopped and we heard no more chants the rest of the game i mean it went from warm-ups all the way to the third quarter. Then they tore down all the West signs on the fence. Then the players started cussing at the officials because the game wasn't being called the way they wanted it called. In all Greeneville showed that there program has no class. All they proved was that they can run there mouth. Keep It Trojan Trojans, Best in the Business

I am tired of hearing about cheap blows to stewart. But if you give him the ball every other play and you have a 215 lb running back goin against 180 lb defensive backs where are you gonna hit him ..... low in the knees the calfs anywhere to get him down can Morristown West help it that George gives it to Carl every other play no they cant but if he wants to give him the ball 25 times a game then crap is gonna happen to him.
