btowntiger, I am glad that your a great supporter of our tigers but our girl's team was not average and if you don't believe me ask Rudesill. Our girls were picked second in the district and won the title. They were region runner-ups, and beat a very good harpeth team. They made it to the state semifinals with a great coach but they were not an average team. Great job to both basketball teams this year. Best coach Rick Rudesill.

I agree that thomas should have been mvp of her district because she is the top player in the state of tn in Double A. This also happened to Willie Kemp he should have been mvp of district 12AA but it was given to brandon evans and kemp is a finalist for mr. basketball.

Thanks for the support, however, just to clear up a point, Bolivar is not in the Memphis area. It is rural west tennessee.

Good Job Middleton and good luck in state. Sub state games should be played on home courts. Besides, the other gym in Hardeman county was being used for another substate game.

When you get to the State you are all winners already. I think there will be good games played. Do not underestimate any of the teams.

The only tickets your principal sent to bolivar for the giles county game were for the players, coaches, and cheerleaders!!! None were sent for our fans and that is the truth!!!!!

Good Luck to the Bolivar Lady Tigers!!!!!!!!!!!! In my opinion I don't think you are one of the weakest teams left in the tournament especially when you bring your A game and you will have to tonight because at this stage there are No Weak teams.

The tickets for the bolivar vs waverly go on sale at 9am tomorrow so i would get my tickets quick because it will sale out fast.

i don't know all the stats but willie kemp had a triple double with 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 assists.

The game i feel should have bee decided in overtime but i feel chester county got their share of calls also. Both teams played hard and it was one of the best games i have seen all year. The foul that was called at the end was after a chester county shot not by bolivar. I feel our district is very tough and any four of the teams can advance to the regional final. Good Luck to all. Bolivar Lady Tigers District Champions and well deserved, this was a great game to watch.

Both games tonight should be great because all four teams are good. If bolivar can contain thomas and play relaxed and team ball like they have been they have an excellent chance of winning. MVP will either be thomas or hayes. I look foward to tonight's games.

Chester county is the first seed followed by 2. Bolivar 3. Mcnairy 4. Humboldt 5. Southside 6. Liberty The games start on February 15 with two girls games and February 16 starts the two boys games.

Rick Rudesill coaches both teams at Bolivar Central and does an excellent job.

bolivar girls are tied with mcnairy and humboldt with three losses and they have beat both teams with humboldt coming to bolivar friday night. I feel they deserve a honorable mention and all these teams should be careful because they are a dangerous team. Great job beating mcnairy friday night.
