  1. another one for the refs.....: "ref get off your knees, you're blowing the game". haha
  2. Heard Northeast beat Beech by around 20 or so.
  3. Mt. Juliet should be in a class by itself this year, led by Alysha Clark. Wilson Central will be close behind if Gassie can keep commanding the floor. Everyone else will be trying to keep pace with these two. I like Smyrna's fast-paced game, but they will have to stay under control and limit turnovers to put games away. Although I would generally agree with you that Beech will be in the mix, I think this year will take one of Dennis Walker's finest coaching jobs. A sleeper team could be Hendersonville. New coach looks like he wants to run and gun, and Kally Holtfreeter can light it up.
  4. as for Colombia....i know several teams that arent ranked highly in the state that beat them by double digits this summer. have they gotten better since then or were those just bad games for the lady lions?
  5. Yes, Opperman, since you are from Bartlett -Germantown area you probably feel perfectly at ease. But safety is a legitimate issue to be raised these days, especially when you are out of town in unfamiliar circumstances. Sadly, especially in Memphis..
  6. Wow, that's a very mature and classy thing for you to say, Hsfootballfan10. NOT.... but, if you can't beat them you can always get on these message boards and show your true colors. In the meantime, White House plays on and Hillwood stays home.
  7. Let me suggest to the Blue Devil fans traveling- if you are not familiar with the Memphis area, be very informed when making your overnight accomodations. I would suggest you stay in the Germantown area or on Poplar EAST of I-240. Yes, it's a drive back across town from the school, but, just trust me on this one.
  8. Pooley, thanks for the updates. Good luck to the Blue Devils from Sumner County fans
  9. 1. Mt. Juliet 2. Wilson Central 3. Smyrna 4. Hendersonville 5. Beech 6. Lavergne 7. Gallatin 8. White House
  10. Word had it that Clark had her sights on more "big time" schools. Why Belmont?
  11. Lost to Hendersonville last night at Sumner County Jamboree
  12. Way to go Dickson! Congratulations to Coach Eve and her team.
  13. wow. you must be REALLY good to get on here and talk about yourselves and debate who left who open and blah blah blah. why dont you players stop talking about yourseves and let your playing do the talking for you.
  14. what is the saying.."even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while..."? Same with Beech... But having said that, all parties (including parents) need to show sportsmanship and class.
  15. the game ended up tied at 2-2. game was 2-0 until about 15 minutes left and Beech came back to tie it. Hendersonville controled most of the game though.
  16. yea....WH is the sleeper state. Hendersonville better watch out. Oh wait, didnt H'ville just clobber WH 8-2.
  17. I heard it could be Chad Blanton
  18. it wouldnt surprise me if Hendersonville made a late comeback. i think they will definetly do better during regular season, not losing close games. but yall just wait, Hendersonville is full of surprises this year.
  19. hendersonville will definetly be one of the best. as redbaron said, they did lose some key players, but they have some young talent that are making their way up. do not count them out.....they will definetly be a sleeper team that u better watch out for.
  20. Yes, some of the Mt. Juliet fans can get tiresome quickly. They are setting up some big expectations for their season.
