does anyone no where i could get a copy of the state championship game?

This is an ugly humor but I was told a coach at one of the High schools in Crossville got caught selling steroids to a player.Is this true? anyone no?I was told they are trying to keep it very quit so that the coach doesnt face any charges. This is pretty serious I would think.

Well coach Davis did the best he could with what staff he had.The ONE thing that will help Coach Watt will be that the teams he will be playing will be a LOT easier than the last two years.The schedule is like night and day.Iam not saying that they dont play anybody its just not as tough as the last two years.Watt will work hard and so will his staff.Now if he can get the kids and there parents to buy in to it next year will be better and then the next year they will compete.Coach Rock is a good coach and will help some Coach Shultz is a ? cause he was bad at cchs.I dont now the rest of his staff.Having good Freshmen coaches really helps,but more importantly having a good feeder system would help even more.The problem they have in Cumberland County is the elementary football system.Eight teams coached by eight different coaches that think they are helping these kids when really they are not.Too help these kids they should go get with the head coach at what ever school they feed and see what he needs them to do.Then you will see a big difference. I think he will be just a asst. coach for Watt.I think Watt will have his hands full trying too coach kids and coaches.But they will be better at SMHS but not much better.CCHS needs to get someone hired fast they will be behind SMHS again,Does anyone no any names of coaches that have interviewed?What is this coach going to do for asst.coaches,there is no jobs openings in the school.It takes 7 coaches to do high school 2 freshmen and 5 varsity. Where is the new coach going to come up with these coaches.CCHS has lots of problems right now

What should happen in cumberland county is simple but no one there wants to do it.If panther ma and jet what ever if u want 50% better teams in two years now thats a far cry from what u been,then do this get in your DOS ear about changing from the way it is right now in cumberland county to the way they are doing elementary baseball in that same county.In two years maybe 3 the football programs at those two schools will be better by 50%.Now this will make all those really not football people mad cause most moms and dads just want their kid to be on the team,they dont care if he plays or come to practice just be on the team.Now at cchs and smhs u have about 40% of all players that just want to be on the team and have 0 football skills and dont want any.So lets help the programs lets get two programs at the elementary level coached by 4 good coaches[thats 4 per school] on the same page as the high schools they feed.It saves the county a ton of money and dont they need to save money?So really its a win win for all.Now what this does it gets those kids that want to play football with those from others schools and they get to play together for 3 years before they become freshmen.wow thats good stuff.For example the best players at P.Hill,Martin,South and Brown getting to play together for 3 years before they become freshmen and get to play other teams from other county's before they get to high school.This is the best fix i know,I dont thank any other fix will do better than this one.Now go sell it to a basketball minded county DOS and BOE.Good Luck

How could you tell that their that bad?See if you all had played Knox Catholic Friday it would have been just as bad.So my question is how could you tell.I think Scott wins but by maybe 10 or so.It was a close first half last year so maybe the old ball bounces stones way this year and its a good close football game.Good luck to both

Football for the jets has been canceled,until a budget in cumberland county is passed no practice either.

The B.O.E of Cumberland County Canceled school athletics starting Monday.No Football at any level.No practice either. Until the get the money they need to run schools there will be no school either. And yes that means Stone Memorial too.

well mr wyatt iam sorry if i hurt your feelings and i do want cchs to win it all but,Iam more truthful about T's abilities then u r.he was terrible last year.I hope the snaps he took last year help him this year.But he wasn't good by no means.CCHS will be better this year i have no doubt ,And at the end of the season if he is good i'll come on here and tell u that T was good.But last year he was thrown to the wolfs.And he reacted like a true freshman QB playing high school football.Good Luck Jets

I think the jets win a game but no way they win this one.Next year 2009 will be the year that the jets have a shoot at stone not this year.It will be about the same as last year I'll say 28-7 panthers and then the panthers lose 9 straight.Meigs County will be the jets win,White County is alot better than last year.Stone will be 1-9 and the Jets will be 1-9.I'll bet one coach gets fired but dont know which one it will be.I thought cchs coach would have been after last year i was wrong.So who knows football is not that big in cc.

Stone lost there OC and Their DC dont know what happened but their gone.Spring game looked good Black/Gold. Think the will win against cchs this fall the jets are just to far behind them.But I'll say the jets will win a game next year it just want be their cross town rival.

Stew u keep looking for answers and the real answer is the new school killed football in Crossville.Stone has a lot better coaching staff then cchs and they are not having any more luck then the jets are.I don't feel sorry for shultz,he could of had half the stone staff ive been told but he's pride got in the way.My son went to all the meetings with Coach Reeves and i think the program is alot better off without him.He heart wasn't into it.There is some good asst. coaches in this county but i dont know if the head coaches are right.I love Coach Davis hes a great man but he might to easy on the boys.Shultz i dont know but i hear he doesn't know alot about Off.and needs help there.Maybe he can get some this off season.O-20 is the pits it stinks but the new school is to blame right now in a couple of years it want be.If all the kids would had played together with cchs scehule they would have been 500 or better.I wish there was a way we could go back to one football team in cumberland county.

Well i didn't mean for it to sound the way you are putting it.Iam for the coaches i'll do what ever they want me to do. My son will be pro coaches and not against them.But coaches can only do so much.Do u think Bear Bryant didn't have kids that fumble or got penalties someone said its a lack of discipline and i agree to a curtain degree.But if u are a young program u have to live with some of that.We arn't very good yet.Thats the excuse iam making.Not any thing else Its not fun losing to Pikeville but thats what we did and we will just have to get better.I think our DC and OC are leaving the program if i heard my son correct.Thats sad cause i thought both coaches worked real hard at practices. And maybe we can get good replacements for them.

Iam sorry if i stepped on toes but U can't blame coaches for fumbles and penelties.And that was the difference in the Bledsoe game.U know u bledsoe fans r all-full cocky for some team that has beat a high school team from crossville one time in 40 years .And thats ok i can live with that.What i can't live with is people pointing fingers at coaches.Didn't hear one negative word last year about coaches and its the same staff.Some of those coaches have 5a region championships under thier belts.Some of them where 5a region champions This year hasn't went the way us fans would have like it.Players dont so up for practice and one starter didn't so up for the Bledsoe game.What does a coach do.It was obvious the coaches didnt know come on that jutless to say.My son is going to show up every day and work his butt off or i'll take care of it.I don't need a coach to motivate him i can help there.
