Farragut and Campbell County is pretty historic and should be a defensive war.

By that logic then you shouldn't talk about the Campbell County Karns game then. It is as big of a rivalry thanbearden/Farragut.

I can see a big improvement for the Cougars this year. Housely and Taylor will have big years and several other members will step it up this season. Cougar basketball is on its way back to the top.

There is certainly enough talent around for an East Tennessee sweep. I know that no team will challenge AE or Maryville. Good luck to all East TN teams, except Farragut(nothin personal but they are playing my favorite team).

You are obviously an expert Soddyboy since you have been to so many Campbell County games. I know Farragut is a good team and they play in a tough region but the Cougars are one of the most underestimated teams in the state and they will go farther than most will give them credit for.

By the time he finishes his senior year I think Spencer will be considered the best running back in Oak Ridge history. He is that d@mn good.

The Four Horsemen bring the wood every play as do the rest of the Cougar defense. I hear that the Admirals have a hardnose defense as well. It should be a brutal physical game. I see it being a low scoring game with the Cougars moving on to face Oak Ridge in the next round.

Maybe it is time for the city of Maryville to step up andbuild a new stadium when the season ends. This program has certainly earned anything that they want. A program like Maryville deserves nothing but the best. I look forward to following the progress of Maryville football and wish the program noithing but the best in the future.

Shaunman I was on the sideline watching the game so I think I may have had a bit better of a perspective on Napier's ability at QB. Larry was always throwing in heavy pursuit it wasn't like he had much time to set up and throw. Despite this his pases were dead on the money if the D-B DBs weren't so fast. I have seen every team in the region except Karns and nobody else had a secondary that was remotely as good as the Tribe's. Ican see the Cougars winning 21-7 or 21-10 in this one. Shaunman as far as soccer goes hopefully they will add it just like they added volleyball this year.

Well as far as the education of CC posters goes, I have a masters degree in education form UT, I know VolViking is a UT alum as well, and good ol' Dr. Peeblee is no slouch in the education department. You know what they say about people in glass houses don't you guru?
