I do hope and think it will be a hard fought game. I also hope the Tigers pull a W out. Though they are going to have to play smart and hard no doubt. I really dont know what to time about them right now, I didnt expect to see what I did last week. So I guess we'll see how we match up in the region.

It will be a hard fought game no doubt. I do hope and think Huntingdon will get back on track!! Though, ya never can tell, thats the magic about high shool football. I do think if they do get back on track this week it will be a LONG season..

Well one thing that is helping Waverly is not many people know what they have... I hope to see them come out with a lot of options. If all goes well I see a tough D, an improving/good O line, a good running game, and a imporving QB.

Well I dont really know much about Hickman Co. though I do think Waverly will hold up pretty good against them. I also hope Waverly wins, which is very possible. If Waverly is on they will WIN!!

Waverly's D wasnt to bad.. Does need work, but ofcourse its early. The O line needs a lot of work! Maybe the O in general. With that, D will come around and O needs work.

Really... Huntingdon is going to be one of the top teams in 2A. No doubt.... Just wait for season to come, they will do as always. Win one game at a time.. Then playoffs, thats when it starts.

Waverly's jr high has always been the Best or one of the best in their confrence... So whats your point rebelman20?

rebelman20, I really dont kow what your deal is. I'm not saying Stewart Co. is going to be bad or anything. I just dont see them beating waverly. Its not going to happen, .

rebelman20, I could agree with your top four.. Though I see Waverly over Stewart Co. I understand Stewart is coming back with starters and improving. Waverly lost some starters but is going to be better then last year. I feel pretty good about that.

Ok, Stewart Co. may do well?... I'm sure they will be better, but I dont see them beating Waverly. Come on, Waverly is not the best but they are not going to get beat by y'all. Besides Waverly is in the second year of rebuilding or w/e ya want to call it.. They will be Better then last year as well!

I am looking forward to seeing Waverly play. This is the second year for Coach Graves at Waverly. His second year at head coach of a high school team. They had a nice improvement last year, I'm hoping to see the same this year. It will be interesting... It takes time, so hopefully it will be a Great season.

Patty, I put in 50 cent. I guess thats why it wouldnt stop...lol Well, the game kinda started off alittle slow, but once the Lady Tigers got the rust broke lose it was Over.

Waverly vs. Cheatham Co. canceled. Field was in bad shape, Monday 4:30 at Waverly.

Well, I'm not up on softball a lot but.... I think Creek Wood's ace is Pretty Good. I think there are some other pitchers that are Good, but a couple stand out. I think she is one. Also with waverly being in 2nd regular season, Daniels cant be to bad...

rolltide418, I think it will be Waverly and Creek Wood in the final. Also, I think this game could go either was to whom will win. That is if no one on the teams get hurt through the tourney.

bballmom10, I have to agree with you for the most part. Though I think the Waverly coaches conducted themselves in a fine manner. Ofcourse they "put some pressure" on the umps after the calls that were "Horrible". Any coach would do that or I atleast hope they would. The coaches that were from Waverly did not do anthing that would make them terrible sports. I agree "we the fans" may have been somewhat out of hand, that comes with every sport. When it comes to a tournament and it being high school ball, I see it as being competiative or "serious". Though in the same point I see it as a sport. (something done for fun or enjoyment) Something does need to be done about the officiating to prevent future problems.

Well, I went and there was some Good softball played. I am a Waverly fan, thats why I went. So Waverly's games were pretty much the only ones I watched. Waverly first played David Lipscomb and won. Then played East Robertson and Gallatin. Both of those were lost by Waverly. I have two main reasons for writing this messege: There was Good softball played in the tourney and there was some Horrible officating. The Waverly vs. East Robertson and vs. Gallatin games were not the best but more then likey the worst officating I have seen. It was not throughout the game, but two game changing calls. (One in East Robertson and the other in Gallatin) I know people make mistakes but these officials were just plain Horrible in the in the two calls they made. Also after the games there were some fans "confronting" the officials. Just as the officials walked by some fans told them the call they made was horrible. The fans were not "hallering", cussing, making gesters or acting in "violance" towards the officials. They were just being "somewhat disgruntled" fans. After the calls they made anyone would have been "upset" over them. My point about the fans were the officials started to talk back to the fans as well as "somewhat" threaten the fans. I do know when you are an official and fans start giving you grief you dont "argue" back and make threats. I just think some of the officating was Horrible and some of the officials conducted themselves in an unacceptable manner after the game.

Well, Waverly beat Sycamore 5 to 3. Waverly seems to be a team to play.. I would just hope it wasnt me playing them. I would say they can/could beat any team in the district if they are "on".

Well, it will be a good game. It should be anyways, as far as pitching who knows ... Waverly's lefty is a Good closer. I just hope there is none of this "no class" crap. I have no idea if it true or what the deal is, I'm just tired of hearing about it. So I guess we'll tomarrow.

Well I dont know much about how any of these teams will rank, but I do enjoy watching Waverly play ball. They are still a fairly young team I think, or atleast they have young talent again this year. So I think they should to fairly well and should do fairly well next year. I also think it is to early in the season to be ranking the out come of teams in this district. I did watch Waverly play Harpeth at Harpeth and it did not look good. Waverly did not play or hit well, I think next go around that will be fixed.

Waverly looked pretty good tonight. They have to beat Cheatham Co. one more time, tomarrow 4:30 at Waverly. I hear Cheatham Co. may be throwing a pitcher such as the second one in the game this afternoon. The second pitcher was right handed and threw alittle heat, the first was left handed and not quite as fast. So i take that Waverly may face alittle heat if that is correct... but i dont know.

I think you can put Waverly in there. I may say that Waverly will make the top three.

Well, I must say WOW! I did not make it to the games tonight but has i have read the Tigerettes won. Can you say Upset?... Well, nothing like a good game to start things off right.
