I'll put in my vote for 6aa...the defending state champs...a state semi-finalist....and Camden who is 4th in the state....I agree 7aa is also tough...maybe a more evenly matched region....but I would ask Mckenzie, Adamsville and Chester co. who's region is harder...I think they would agree with me.

all I can say is "From your computer to Tssaa's ear!"....there maybe hope for my Camden Lions yet....we like ya'll in the west!

Well all I know is that the region that now is 6aa would be hands down the most dominate region in the state regardless of class...I really wish Camden would be there to see it .....maybe a miracle will happen and an influx of refugees with high school age male children will flood Carroll co. by Nov.16th and then Mckenzie stays 2a ...oh well a girl can dream

I think that 6aa will be completely different....I am sorry to say that it looks like Camden and/or Riverside will be moving across the river with Waverly, Loretto, Lewis Co etc...So who knows how it'll shape up in the west....I bet Milan Huntingdon, Westview, Dresden, maybe USJ and the like will be all piled up together with the teams that are further south making up the other region. All I know is that if that happens it will be a hellacious region to play in.

By putting them on the list I think I'm giving the ultimate respect...Camden plays a cream puff schedule right now and everyone knows it (of course with the exception of a couple games)...I put these teams on my schedule because I have great respect for them!!...I think Camden would be an even better team playing good football programs like the ones I listed....lighten up...I was talking about respect because we would play much better teams than we do now.

Since we have no idea what region we'll be in next year its kinda hard to set a region schedule!...this is just the teams that I would like to see Camden play...remember the thread was Dream Schedule...and yes...Mckenzie is dropping to 1a.

Hmmm...have faith...as I said before you are only as good as the good teams you play and beat!...and I think that schedule might be a challenge...but one Coach Ward would be happy to take on!!

Absolutely 38320!...after last year, revenge will be on these Lion's minds...Lewis Co had better be prepared...this is not the same team they saw last year! thumb ...Camden Fans will have to start waiting in line the night before to get a seat...instead of 3 deep in the endzone like when they played Huntingdon...it'll 5 deep and the fire marshall will definitely have something to say about that! ...GO LIONS! thumb

I'm not sure what was up with those refs ??...Did anyone else notice that a touchdown was called back when there were off-setting personal foul penalties that occurred AFTER the touchdown was scored???...whats up with that?????how can they repeat the down when the penalties ofset??....doesn't the play stand???...is this some new rule that I don't know about??...Camden scored three touchdowns in less than 20 seconds and only scored 7 points because of that crazy ump....any thoughts on that?

I also was disappointed that everyone left early again...but we should have a LARGE crowd at Dresden this week!...GO LIONS!

Camden will have to play ball I think, but should come home with a win....Dresden has a tough little running back..probably the best one they've seen yet....if Camden can win the battle in the trenches and contain the run...they win big...if not it could be close.....this may be a tell for how well Camden does in the playoffs as far as defending against the run.....but Dresden will have to come to play all 4 quarters and not give up like they did against Milan if they want to beat "Our Mighty Camden Lions!!!....Go LIONS!! thumb

Camden dream schedule 1. Bruceton 2. Adamsville 3. Haywood 4. Dresden 5. Westview 6. Chester Co 7. Milan 8. Riverside 9. Lexington 10. Huntingdon This would be an awesome schedule... perfect balance....we would definitely gain some respect with these.

I really think that Camden needs to toughen up their schedule but to overload us would be suicide...I'd like to see Westview and Milan added and then go from there. Most folks are not giving the Lions a chance because we haven't proven ourselves...and I agree to a small extent...you're only as good as the good teams you play and beat.

1. Linebackers- especially middle..pass ,run...play action...tough job 2. Dbacks (corners especially)...its a lonely world out there 3. QBs...but with a good O coordinator not the toughest..but definitely must be an athlete 4. Kicker/Punter...its all about the pressure 5. O Line...without em you can't do anything right 6. D Line...Ditto 7. Backs and receivers...need skills but.......you know what I mean Number 1 toughest job is really being a fan....gotta stay up for every game...gotta bring your game voice no matter how hoarse you are from the previous week...gotta lug all the crap to the stadium and back home...road trips (nuff said)...gotta let your kids write graffitti all over your car every week (and make sure they spell everything right and use no profanity)...make excuses for losses...brag to everyone about every win....and love your team no matter what!!

I love the Vols and Rocky Top...but I am proud to say that at least Camden has refrained from playing it !...Its the vols theme...everyone else should pick their own!
