I live in Trousdale County and can tell you it all about the coaching. I can also tell you where most the boys on the team live and its not Wilson or Sumner County. All the roads in Trousdale are paved. LOL. I remember riding the bus from school and pretty much the only paved roads we were ever on was Highway 25, 231 and the roads around the school. Other than that everyone lived on gravel roads but then again thats out in the boonies.

Alright here is some general info on Station Camp. - Last year they were in Region 4 2A and this year they are Region 4 3A - They were 5-5 and made the playoffs only to lose to Tyner 29-6 in the 1st round of the playoffs last year. - They are 0-3 so far this year. (3-0)Creek Wood 12 Station Camp 8 (2-1)Sycamore 27 Station Camp 20 (1-2)Northwest 22 Station Camp 14 - Here is a relevant factor of common opponents and possible comparisons. Station Camp lost to Northwest 22-14. Northwest lost to Portland 35-6 last week. You guys are familiar with Portland and if they beat Northwest 35-6 and Northwest beat Station Camp then you guys shouldn't have anything to worry about. - A big boost for Livingston is that Station Camp has allowed over 200 yards rushing to both Sycamore and Creek Wood. Station Camp also prefers to run the ball as their QB is 7-15 with 3 interceptions in the last two games.

Yeah Friendship Christian is just a little behind Trousdale but probably top 5 1A team IMO. I say (1) Trousdale (2) Mt. Pleasant (3) Coalfield (4) Jackson Christian (5) Friendship Christian

Starting off 0-2 is really tough considering they have yet to play Livingston and Knoxville Catholic.

I just don't think that AE is as good as they have been the last couple years. That doesn't really mean much because they obviously are still really good. I guess I need to hold off judgement until a little later in the season. I cant wait to see how they do against Livingston.

In a game like this that is gonna be real physical you just hope that nobody gets hurt. Its never good for anybody to get injured but how bad would that be for either team to lose somebody important in a non-region game.

I say Macon County wins this one probably by at least 14. York is a decent team they just don't have the weapons and Macon County seems to be having an okay year.

Hey I was wondering if one of you guys could tell me if Livingston plays either Knoxville Catholic or AE at home this year. I would like to see one of those games but I don't want to drive all the way to Knoxville. Oh and about Kingston making the playoffs. With AE, Livingston, Knoxville Catholic looking pretty good not to mention that Anderson County just beat Fulton and both of those teams are very likely to be better than Kingston as well... it just doesn't seem that likely.

I haven't seen them play yet but they seem to be the real deal so far. I am contemplating going to watch them when they play Livingston Academy. I will just say anybody that can beat AE 21-0 and hand Smith County a beating like that has a real good team because those are two very good football programs.

I don't that Fulton and AE are that down but they just don't seem to be as good as they have been recently. While Livingston Academy and Knoxville Catholic both look to be pretty darn good and Fulton is 0-2 without playing either of them yet.

It almost seems certain that Trousdale and Friendship would meet in the playoffs since there doesn't seem to be many teams close talent-wise. I guess it would certainly depend on which region they have to play.

I guess Knoxville Catholic can indeed keep up with AE as they won 21-0.

Well York Institute wins 37-15 and thats about what I expected. I actually expected something like 28-7.

I say that Friendship vs Trousdale will be a good game but Trousdale has to much experience from playing teams like Smith County, Livingston Academy and Portland the last couple years. I say it would be something like 28-14

WoW. Austin East just beat Fulton who many had pegged to win another title. Knoxville Catholic blows? They beat Austin East 21-0. I don't care how much of down year AE is having to shut them out is an accomplishment because they are never that bad. Knoxville Catholic also blew out a pretty good Smith County team in week 0. Either you are joking, hating or just ignorant about football.

Yeah Friendship looks to be Trousdale's only competition in the region. However after being in the same region with teams like Smith County, Portland and Livingston Academy the last several years I say the Jackets are more experienced at winning tough games. Its funny because those 4 teams were all in the same region and under the new classification Trousdale went to 1A, Smith County went to 2A, Livingston stayed in 3A and Portland went to 4A. If it shows you anything about how good that region was alot of people are predicting those four teams to each win their regions this year.

I guess we will have to wait and see. Im just gonna say that I predict a close hard fought game which is expected from a rivalry however I see a Jacket victory. Im gonna be at the "hole" next week and would like to thank both teams in advance for such a great game.

Who did AE beat last week..... You say they will still win state. If they lose to Livingston and Knoxville Catholic they probably wont even make the playoffs.

I think football is so popular because it requires almost every aspect of your physical body and your mind. You have to be a great athlete, know what your doing and know that your gonna get roughed up. Above all else football is a true team sport. In Basketball you can win a championship with just a couple great players. For example in high school if you have a big guy that can play that alone will pretty much guarantee you to the playoffs. In Baseball all you need is a couple good pitchers and your team will likely be pretty good. However in football having a great QB means nothing if your line doesn't block or the receivers drop passes. Everybody has to be on the same page in order to be successful in football.

Kingston better not take LA losing to Trousdale as a means that they are a weak team. Trousdale County may be a 1A school but they spent the last several years beating up on most of their 3A opponents. Livingston has a good solid team and I think they will beat Kingston.

For example Cannon County and Upperman

Kingston thinks that LA is overlooking them but I say that LA is going to be real eager to get back on track.

I have yet to see either team play this season so I can't really judge. However York has typically been quite a bit better than Cannon County. I seen Cannon County play twice last year and both times they were destroyed.

Fulton will come in looking to avenge a tough loss to AE last week. Fulton by 2 touchdowns.

Well I guess an unofficial means of measuring these teams up would be comparing who they have played. Kingston beat Harriman 28-0 last week. Harriman beat Upperman 21-9 in week 0. Those of you that know of Livingston and that region know that Upperman isn't anything special. However IMO Kingston shutting out an opponent who beat Upperman has to show you that they are no scrubs. I think that Kingston is better than many are giving them credit for however Livingston is coming off a loss that will have them motivated and they win a tough game. I say 20-13 Livingston Academy.
