catfish who are...if my memory serves me right u didnt pull for fulton last year...so i take it ur not a falcon fan? maybe it was someone else...if u are a fulton fan and im wrong who are you? if not what school do you follow?

yes they did...but the falcons are still solid up front on defense...i think they will break out of there shell this week against the run and show people that we still are a force to reckon with...finally we are playing well and why would we overlook catholic? they are undefeated #1 in the region and #1 in the state in many peoples books...the falcons will be ready to play...

how about this... if anderson county beats LA and wins out they end up 4-2. if fulton beats LA but loses to catholic we end up 3-3 now if LA loses both games they end up 2-4 the falcons dont have to win out to make the playoffs...am i sayin were going to lose to catholic? NO bc i honestly feel were startin to play football...look for a fight this friday.

since when do players talk like this...after the scrimmage with u this looks like somethin ud post...good teams dont talk about how good they are they prove it to other teams and let them talk about it...when people talk about your team then u stand up for them..

Dont think the falcons are overlooking the mavs...this game has kind of grew into a rivalry game...TRUST ME when i say that we are not looking forward to Alcoa...truth is i couldnt tell you what defense alcoa even runs...ill worry about that next week...this week is AC and revenge is what we are hungry for...we are 0-1 not only on our record but in the region...u think we want to fall to 0-2 in the region?? think not...trust me the falcons will be ready to play...

bc elliot moved and jaren STILL lives in north hills...making him out of zone and tssaa states that if u transfer u have to sit...he went for athletics and his mom even mentioned it to tssaa...i like jaren and i hate this had to happen but rules are rules...

I wasnt tryin to be 1 sided at all but when people bash my team im gonna stand up for them...i agree fights were started on both sides...but someone happened to only mention the 2 started by us?? is that not a one sided post? and the reason i lost respect for bearden was mostly due to that post...it was a disgrace to the falcon team...dont swing punches without expectin the other person to fight back...im a clean player and dont really talk trash but i will back my team up...nothing against bearden but im tired of people talkin bad about the falcons...like i said if a freshman cussed a coach then our coaches should know

actually im on the team and will tell u that bishop did not have the grades therefore he wasnt illegeble to play at UT or ne other college...i guarantee bishop would shut scott down and scott wouldnt have a chance...bishop will be d1 when he gets the grades.

i was told that week 4 was open for us and week 6 for you...now even if week 0 was an open week why would we give it up and lose practice time and preparation for AE who we play in week 1...why risk the injuries for a game that has nothin but bragging rights in it? i think not playin week 0 is a wise choice. AND IM GONNA SAY 1 MORE THING...TO SAY THAT ELLIOT BISHOP HAS NO WORK ETHIC IS EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS...DO NOT GET ON HERE AND BASH SOMEONE IF YOU DONT KNOW THEM...HE WORKED HARDER THAN ANY PLAYER I HAVE EVER SEEN...AND YES LOUISVILLE AND UT BOTH WANTED HIM TO SIGN AND THE OFFER WAS THERE.

I'd like to say 1st off to the bearden people that if a freshman did cuss one of the coaches then our coaches need to know...our team is not allowed to cuss and it is an inforced rule..if u get caught cussin whether its practice at school or team meetings it will be adressed...so like kwalker said call the coaching staff...i am on the team and i am on the field and ill be the 1st to tell you that bearden played very dirty in the scrimmage...on a particular play #15 pulled a linemans face mask in order to make a swim...is that cheap? how about the 2 fights that were started? werent there a total of 5 or 6? #21 for fulton was on his stomach after a good block from a bearden player then after the whistle was blown the bearden player thru a punch to his back...i saw this from a perfect angle and the watched #21 the whole play...how about the fight with #15 from fulton...his name is John Burnette and hes prolly the cleanest most humble player in knoxville...john was locked up in a block the bearden guy threw punches to his stomach...therefore john fights back...does that make our program look bad? i dont get on here and talk trash...i dont bash other teams...but like u i lost a lot of respect for the bearden program...as i said earlier call the staff and let them know about the freshman...it WILL be taken care of...

Lets not think about state yet...well think about it when the 4th round of the playoffs are over...bc if we dont get past there we cant protect the ship...lets focus on the task at hand and take care of AE..

You could definately tell he was at practice today...still not as mobile as he would like to be but his voice was definately heard...us lineman are glad that our coach is back and hope he continues to get better...

Fulton has a great core as well...

i agree that the maryville vs alcoa is a great game that deserves t.v. time...but on the flip side the AE Fulton game is just as big actually its probably bigger...these two teams like mhs and ahs are huge rivals and many of the players grew up together...also the last 6 matchups leaves it in a dead tie at 3-3...the reason i say it is bigger is because its a region game and there both preseason 1 and 2 picks for the region...like i said mhs vs ahs would be a great game to watch but theres a lot more riding on the fulton ae game

He is definately being missed at practice...its not the same without him there...hope he gets well and gets well fast so he can tell us how ''soft'' we are...lol...you know how long he may be out?

i know exactly were the school is i watched bell county play about 4 games my 8th grade year(maybe 7th) including the bell middlesboro at middlesboro. ill be a sr this year

hey seb.. i may actually go to this game...there were a lot of local games here that i was considerin goin to but now that i know that u play central i may go...its only 1 hour from knoxville...i know a few people from bell county and i used to ride 4-wheelers at the mines(i believe it was a former mine..its a huge mountain area) doesnt trevor barton have a brother there thats suppose to be a stud? i know the knuckle family...u know em?

ill agree with both of u as a whole that 3a isnt all that strong...Fulton and AE are the top 2 teams preseason for the last few years...take us 2 away and 3a really isnt very good...but because us and AE play in the 3a does that make us bad teams...powell knows about how well we play...not givin any predictions right now but Fulton is lookin pretty good as of now...well all know a little bit more when we get into pads...i know alcoa is strong...but i also know Fulton never gets credit when they deserve it...i dunno how close u follow us on the forums...but last year everyone pretty much in the state said we would lose to smith and then greenbriar...neither of those games where close...now am i sayin this game wont be close? no...all im sayin is give us some respect and dont over look us.

hmm...last i remember we scrimmaged beardon last year...and if im correct it wasnt even close...teams in 5a have to put on there pants like every team in the state...dont think the falcons are a slouch because ur in for a suprise...we beat powell in our scrimmages last year and there 4a...then after we scrimmaged them we took them in the jamboree...dont get me started on the 3a vs 5a trash...dont talk with ur mouth talk with the pads...they speak much louder...

i wasnt referring to ur post antwan...i was referring to i love high school footballs post which stated that cobb was hurt by smith...truth is he wasnt suppose to play(best i remember) i do know it was injury he had goin into the game and he was really light in practice that week...
