Seems like just yesterday we were all settin here jawin back and forth about how bad Fulton was gonna beat SC, and how close SC was gonna keep it. Here we are now same situation with Alcoa. Any reasonable person would have to believe that Alcoa will beat SC. That could very well be the case, we will not know till Fri. night. But if I know Coach Maynord, the rest of the coachin staff, and the players the way I thnk I do this will not be the case. Same scenerio last year with Livingston, they had an awsome team and was supposed to run over SC. But instead SC went to their field and almost completly dominated them. I am not takin any thing away from Livingston they had a great team. It's just sometimes a team has anothers number for what ever reason. Personally I think this game will be close because SC players know they are the under dogs. They have nothing to lose in this game. From what I have seen the last couple of weeks the Seniors on this team have finally stepped up and took control and are leading the way they should. I think Fri. we will see a great match up. Alcoa vs. SC, Speed vs. Power, and finally Rankin vs. Maynord. I see this bein a 2 touchdown win for Alcoa, or less than a touchdown win for SC.

I doubt you will be sittin on the SC side either from what hear SC fan wagons are pullin out around 4:00 tom evening. Boy am I glad I took off work tom night, I can't wait to see this beat down that is about to take place. Just 21 and 1/2 more hours till the BIG OWLS ROLL!!!!!!!! SC 28 WHS 7

After tasting the hot cocoa the last time in Westmoland I sure would not reccomend it any body.

I never said I was an english wiz, just stated that I doubt seriously you know more about correct grammar than me. But hey I forgot you are a Westie and you all are good at putting words in people's mouth they did not say.

I very seriously doubt you know more about proper grammar or sentence structure than me. If I was writing an english paper I would try a little harder but not here. OH YEAH did I forget to mention that my last english teacher in college was from Westmoland.

I doubt it the Westmolanites springin for a computer was big, No way they could afford the printer after that. And even if they do decide to write it down they will mess it up so bad no body will know whats it means any ways, So no worries there.

No some people don't have the luxiary of sleepin at night, so they have to get on at work and catch up for the day.

There is one thing for sure if both teams bring this kinda heat and mentality to the game Friday night it will be one heck of a game!!! I just don"t see WHS staying with SC this time around. All of SC remembers what happened a month ago, especially the players. They are ready, and gettin more prepared every day. I just hope they don't burn their selves out on this game before it ever starts. I can't wait to see this great defense WHS is gonna bring because I sure didn't see it the last time, or any game I have seen them play. But hey let them worry bout SC'S offence and practice on this "Great Defense" all week, because when they do SC'S Defense is gonna come out and hit'em in the mouth and give them a very quick wake up call!!! I am an out sider to both these teams, but I am pulling for Gville. Going by the scores both teams are closely paired. Monterey scored 12 on FC and 0 on Gville, both Gville and FC scored 35 on Monterey. According to the Strength of Schedules FC is just a little higher but only by a couple points. Givin all this I would say FC wins by one Touchdown, but Gville is at home so that should give them a 1 TD advantage to start with. So my conclusion is this gonna be one heck of a game tonight!!! I don't think any body can logically pick the score, but I will say Gville 28 FC 21. Wish I could be there but SC is playing in a game just as big. But Good Luck Gordonsville Take it to the House!!!

Man I really wish I did not have to work this Friday night! Just my opinion on the game, if Evans comes out and runs the way he did this past week, if the line blocks for him and if Sanders can turn his game on, unlike last week, I don't see MC hanging with SC no matter what kinda team they bring down. BUT there is alot of IF'S in that statement. I just hope it is an injury free game and a cleaner game than last week, which MC usually is. My pick for this game is SC-42 MC-14, that is saying all those IF'S come true.

Man first of all there is no need to be callin people by there real names on here, if that is really who it is. And second of all your crazy if you think the 01 and 02 GV teams were better thatn SC'S. I guess ya'll just had a bad game those years?

Man I don't have a clue who you are but I hope you are either a very big guy or a very very very fast runner if you gonna dump cool-aid on big reid. Cause let me tell you from expierience he don't like water gettin dumped on him and I'm guessin cool-aid is no different for him.

As said before the high school scrimmage was awfull. But like Queen Bee said it is just a scrimmage. The SC Coaches have two weeks to get the kinks worked out. But if I know Coach Maynord and the rest of the staff the way I think I do, they will be worked out by the jamboree Sat night.

SCMS Coaches do concentrate solely on middle school. Their is only one coach at SCMS that coaches both and he puts in the same amount of time with one as the other. Now as for Gordansville I dunno how they split their time or why they only practice for an hour every day. I do know that SCMS practices 2 hours EVERYDAY. I think both schools coaches should be commended on the time they dedicate to the programs. Especially SCMS considering that the head coach is the only one who gets paid, or teaches for that matter. All the others voluntarily take time out of their schedule to coach.

I agree 100% There is no better feelin for a player or Coach to look up and see a wall of Black and Gold standing and cheerin. Not only does it show your support, it also gives the players a rush and hypes them up. Queenie you never quit amazing me. I think you should write that out and frame it and hang it in the Coaches office for them to read evey day!

Well it's been a fun ride this year Owls. I enjoyed every game. It's been fun seeing all of the seniors grow over the last 4 years, since playing with them when they were Freshman. Mulhilly is ok, I talked to him tonight and the docters said it was just a very bad bruised muscle. BB good game, now make us proud and go far. Since we have to say we got beat, at least let us say it was by the Champs. Buc4life and 37421 I waited to meet ya'll on the field after the game, but never got the chance. Buc Henry said he'd introduce us, but I guess he was to excited after the game to remember. Maybe next year.
