There is no way you Union City people are really THAT stupid!!! You are AT HOME- obviously you don't have the best team...here is a fact -a team is made up of more than the 5 starters, it is also made up of more than the bench, it is made up of all the players, the coaches, and their game plan....you can't say you have the best team and then rip your game plan...obviously that should not have been your game plan (to live and die by the 3) because you are AT HOME!! Basketball is a tournament sport, I think you guys would know that after having Grace GIFT WRAP THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TO YOU LAST YEAR BY BEATING A TEAM YOU GUYS COULDN"T BEAT!!! If you don't win when it matters obviously your #1 rating was bullcrap and now your players pay for their way into MTSU!! Enjoy the state tourney...I did want to say congrats on at least getting to the sectionals...I mean the region championship....I mean...oh sorry i forgot you couldn't get in the top two in your region tournament!!!

The week before SP eldridge tried to start a player coupe to get skogen fired...hard to "fire" a guy who isn't on the pay roll!! haha- but the players backed their coach and some parents of the kids who were called in got really upset.. If by passion you mean making suggestive comments to high school girls ( I heard this from my son who heard it) and if by creativity you mean going behind administrations back and trying to hire and fire people when he has no authority to do so.....then yes I agree!!!

I wish to add the year 2006-2007 to the Region Dominance board- Temple and CSAS have moved into the state tourney giving Region 3 two reps Region dominance continnues as skogen is up for mr. basketball and my pick to win it!

Who does FCA have, and what do they do well that makes them dangerous.... Does FCA run man, zone? Do they press? full or half court? WHere are they strong- inside or at the guard position? Who is their best player? How big is their lineup? What kind of offense do they run- a lot of sets or continuity?

Not sure how this year will work out- Temple still has a good opportunity to go to state and do well, but I just wanted to get a discussion going about Region Dominance.... Region 3-1A since the 2000- 2001 season through last year...check the success and see if anyone else compares... 2000-2001 CCS (at the time region 3-1a) Gold Ball- and Mr. basketball winner 2001-2002 Temple Gold Ball 2002-2003 Temple Gold Ball- and Mr. basketball winner 2003-2004 Temple top 4 (lost in semis- to Unaka, who they beat by 20 earlier in the same year) Grace Runner up state tourney, CCS- Mr. basketball winner 2004-2005 Temple holds #1 ranking all year- upset by eventual state champ middleton- mr. basketball finalist 2005-2006 Grace state runner up, Temple mr. basketball finalist 6 years in the New Millenium- 6 state tournament representative, 1 year had 2. 3 Gold Balls 2 Silver Balls 3 Mr. Basketball winners 2 Mr. Basketball finalists in 1A I don't think any region has dominated like that...what about AA, AAA regions?

I guess coaches figure you can't coach a kid how to grow to be 6'11'' -- Here is my question and this is legit- When I watch Mcmasters warm up I seriously think he is going to dominate...he is athletic for his size, jumps well, moves well, shoots, well...then the game starts....and he does nothing...nothing at all....in fact his team plays better when he is not in the game....is he just a bad basketball player??? is it coaching???( I think it has to be a bit)... does he think he is too good??? is he lazy???? it just doesn't make sense how you can look so good and be so bad...

Kid is really really good- his potential is very high...no one will get to see him explode this year because of the talent he is surrounded by and the fact he plays unselfish and wants to win but he is the real deal....

As far as Temple having 12 transfers, I would like to propose a logical scenario. First, I am not sure that Rob meant that there would definitely be 12 transfers but, in his position, he likely either talks to or hears quickly about students who have inquired about Temple. My guess would be that what he intended to communicate was something more like "Based upon the inquiries and/or interviews we have conducted with potential students, it looks like we may have about 12 or so kids transferring in from other schools who are interested in playing football." I get misquoted and misunderstood all the time.
