  1. Why? If you want to see them play, why not see them play for it all. Look at the map.
  2. I think the other thing that could happen if the tssaa will look at it is. Quad 1- the same Quad 2- Gordonsville, Huntland, Moore County, Eagleville, Columbia Academy, Wayne County Quad 3- Nashville Christian, Jo Byrns, Clarksville Academy, Perry County, Hollow Rock-Bruceton, Huntingdon Quad 4- the same if you look at this on the map it looks like it works Goe. and puts the top 4 team in the state on different sides
  3. I think you are right, it is really starting to slow down. I think both these team are starting to see how much this game means to both comunities, and they are both able to lose if they dont come to play for every sec.
  4. I agree some people in PC have got some large heads but dont judge all of PC just on the few that never stop talking, I think the more they talk the less they really know. I have seen the work these boys are putting in and think they understand that nothing is a sure thing and nothing comes free. They look like they are welling to work for everything they get or could get. If this is true I hate it for everyone on the "T" because the people that talk a lot are going to have a lot more to talk about.
  5. Its been some time but I am back. I bleed Black & Gold but after the game PC and WC had last year I dont understand how anyone could not be a PC & WC fan. That game was nothing more than hart on both sides. By far the best game I have ever seen. So until week ten I hope nothing but the best for WC and that group of kids. Go get MC this week.
  6. I looked at it and got a few things different, not saying I am right because I just know the way I understand it. A lot of ours were the same but I have MAHS and McEwen not making it as of right now. In there place it lease two. In the place of McEwen I think it will be Nashville Christian. When you drop MAHS we get a wild card and I right now it goes to Cornersville. This would put Huntingdon back in Quad 4 and to prevent teams of same region playing Perry Co and Gleason would change Quads. Like I said this is just the way I see it as of right now.
  7. This game looks to be really even. We have one of the best offenses up against one of the best Defenses. Both teams are 5-2. Perry Co is averaging over 30 points a game while giving up 18 points per game. Collinwood is averaging over 21 points a game while giving up only 12 points per game. If you look at average margin of victory Perry Co’s is 19.2, while Collinwood’s is 16.8, If you look at average margin of loss Perry Co’s is 3, while Collinwood’s is 10 If you look at opponents record Perry Co’s is 20-35, while Collinwood’s is 20-30. If you only look at average margin of victory in common opponents ( Mt.Peasent, CA, Loretto, Richland) they are both at 20.5 Looking at this I will have to give the edge to: Offense – Perry Co (They can score points fast) Defense – Collinwood (They get to the football) Special Team - ??? (Perry Co has a hard time kicking, while Collinwood kicks great, but Perry Co also has the big play when someone kicks to them. So special teams is a toss up.) Bottom line this game will come down to who beats themselves. I think if this game was played 10 times it goes 5-5 both ways. Way to close. It is being played at Perry Co. where the conditions are not the best for the visitors (small locker room, not much room on the side lines.) I do expect this to be a high scoring game. I will just take a stab in the dark and say it will be tied going into the 4th but will end Perry Co 38 Collinwood 28
  8. I think CA has a chance, if they can score more then 45 points. This PC team has shown that they can really put up some points when they get things going.
  9. really would not think that perry co could, dont get me wrong I thought they had a chance to win but I just would not think they could put up 48 points
  10. when was the last time anyone put 48 on Mt Pleasent?
  11. Mt. Pleasant has played the hard part of there schedule, but I don’t think Perry Co. is a bottom of barrel team anymore, they look much improved this year and have a few players that can really play ball
  12. I just saw the stats on the website perrycofootball.org they had over 600 yrds. If those stats are right theshow is right too they must be very explosive. # 5 was 21 of 28 for 435 3 tds, 22 carries for 121 1 td, 14 tackles, 1 sack, 1 Int, and 1 blocked extra point. #18 247 yrds on 13 catches 2 tds, 49 yrds on 12 carries 2 tds, and 88 return yrds.
  13. how many players do they have left on the team?
  14. This really sounds like an old player of say around 2005 or 2006 that don’t want a team to do better then what he did. I could be wrong but I saw them play hickman co in a scrimmage this fall I would not say they lack in “raw talent” with the QB they have or that slot receiver that carries the ball some too. As size goes I thought the two tackles were really large men 300 plus each and both well over 6 foot. But as far as power I have no clue.
  15. After watching both teams play Friday Night I would think so too, but I am going to say we saw east on there best game and may have saw perry co on there worst game…. In my opinion it will be what every two teams show up…. If it is the same two teams that did last Friday night I think it will be a good start for East… but my opinion doesn’t count…. And I don’t think the same two teams will show up
