1) White Station (8-4) @ Whitehaven (12-0) This is the game that I, personally, didn't want to see happen but I figured it was going to. No one said it would be easy for Whitehaven to get to Cookeville but we havce to see "the New Age" Rival AGAIN! Good Grief This game will come down to who comes out and plays loose! Will Whitehaven Feel the pressure of being the so-called "favorite" or will White Station still have thoughts in their head about losing the last 3 match ups! It's gonna be real interesting to see which team comes out and plays like there's no tomorrow while also keeping a fair balance that it's just a FOOTBALL game, so win or lose, the world won't end. This game will be 95% mental and 5 % physical. Yall Know where my Heart is... And with that said I bid you ado with... RESPECT DA HAVEN 2) Ridgeway (9-3) @ Henry County (12-0) I've been on the Henry Co. message board stirring the pot so to speak but my official analysis will be that I honestly don't know much about Henry Co., but I do know this about Ridgeway and Coach Sutton... He's got his guys on a mission. That early season 1-3 record was done purposely, IMHO, by Sutton to make sure his boys remain Hungry and not get Cocky. Not saying that's how they were against Hendersonville last season but it's possible. You never know how 14-18 years will be. Ridgeway wins a wild one in which their Defense gets the stop or two needed to hold of Henry Co.... Ridgeway 41 - Henry Co. 35 3) Dresden (10-2) @ Westwood (7-4) Westwood will be competitive in this game but they may have met their match in this one, however because I don't know much about Dresden I'll roll with our neighbors to the Southwest of Whitehaven because of a LONG BUS RIDE and some old school Longhorn Pride (Damien Dodson where ya at, Kenton Evans where ya at, Darrell Williams where ya at )... Dresden 21 - Westwood 26 4) St. George's (9-3) @ Harding Acadamy (9-2) Harding Academy by 13 5) Ensworth (10-1) @ MUS (8-3) MUS by 3 6) CBHS (9-2) @ Baylor (10-1) Baylor by 10 To all the Henry Co. peps, its all love! Just like yall hyping up what yall know (The Pats) that's what I'm doing. Friday Night can't get here fast enough. p.s.(G-Town, Millington, Arlington, Brighton) Where all the County Schools at???

Sir, Fairley has NEVER been ONE GAME AWAY from the State Title game as Ridgeway was last season. Fairley has not had a returning Mr. Football Finalist in recent history (2000-present) as Ridgeway does. I'm saying all this to say that the '05-'09 Fairley teams that you would like to compare Ridgeway to are NOT ON THE SAME LEVEL... AT ALL Ridgeway brought back an offense minus 2 or 3 guys that was undefeated thru 13 games last season! Their Defense is not the same but their O is so explosive that they could very easily win a track meet all the way to the State. Kind of like how Memphis East did in the 99-00 season when they won the 4A State Title. I recently looked at some of their scores from that year and they gave up a ton of points but the had Brandon Wright and some other SUPER Fast Backs on that team and they Ran/out scored folks all the way to the State Title beating Maryville in the championship game. My point is Fairley's program is not on the same level as Ridgeway's. Ridgeway got a bit more in store for those Patriots than you want to believe...

I won't be in Paris Friday as I am a WHITEHAVEN TIGER supporter. I'll be in the 38116. I'm just giving yall some M-Town love and opinion.

I was only referencing him because he was a 4 Star SEC Prospect... What was that young man's name? What's his little brother's name? Ridgeway's Offense is Multiple. They have 2 Back Pro sets as well as Spread 3 and 4 WR sets. They can get the ball to Sheldon Dawson in more ways this season as he plays WR and RB now... Scary Dawson and Walton are usually on the field together! That stuff is dangerous. They don't have the same type of woes in the Kicking Game that they had that KILLED them against Hendersonville last season.... O_o Defensively, I think they lost the Vast majority of their starters from last season, save 1 or 2. They are SUSPECT, IMHO, At the CB position outside of Sheldon Dawson, but they are Fast, just not as Talented or Discipline as they were last season. All-n-All they are WAY MORE EXPLOSIVE offensively this season with Sr. QB Jamil Golden and Walton and Dawson leading the way! Their special teams play is improved enough that it won't cost them a game like it did against Hendersonville in last year's Semifinals, and Defensively they are slightly above average. C+. I could see a score of 41-35 in favor of Ridgeway.

I had to edit my earlier post... We've given up 79 points all year... 52 in all the other games minus Ridgeway. Yes, to the question about "Road" games for Ridgeway at Halle. There are not enough football Fields in East Memphis for all the Memphis City Schools. IDK if Dallas Skyline signed a home and home contract with Ridgeway and will be making a trip to Memphis... All I know is that Sheldon Dawson is dynamite with the football in his hands as well as Jaylen Walton and unless Henry Co. can find that one guy that yall had sign w/ LSU a couple years back (his name escapes me at the moment) the Road Runners will be beep-beep and gone LOL. I swear Dawson is CRAZY ACME FAST

Ridgeway scored 27 of the 79 Points Whitehaven's D has given up all year... Doin some quick Math, outside of the Ridgeway game, Whitehaven has given up 52 POINTS in 11 other games!!! Henry Co. does not have a better defense than Whitehaven. With that being said, the statement, ""......I can assure you Ridgeway has not seen a defense (including Da Haven) like they will see in Paris. " Is more than likely UNTRUE

MEMPHIS SPEED KILLS! Ridgeway may have the Fastest team remaining in the 5A playoffs. With that being said they do give up their fair share of points. I don't think there is ANYTHING Henry Co. can do to stop #1 Dawson and #3 Walton from breaking at least 2 long runs a piece. Rigdeway leaves Paris, TN with a 1 TD win. #MEMPHISCITYSCHOOLSRHUNGRY

I watched the whole game between you guys and Maryville. Juilan Burton looked like Bo Jackson/Deion Sanders in that game. 'Red' Hayes looked like Tim Tebow!!! However I heard that most of the Rebels that are seniors now were Sophs on that team! Scary

millingtonfann, I know these Kids at Whitehaven this year. They are special. If Whitehaven wins it this season, I assure you that the c/o '13 will make it back to back. The Whitehaven program started turning the corner 2008! U can think Mt. Well I'm coming to be Crassy NOT CLASSY! First off #7 QB Drew Reed is da TRUTH! He was out there looking like Vick on a few plays against Whitehaven. I swear he did a Michael jackson spin move on one play and almost threw a TD!!! #17 is a big WR and he's legit! Now that I have that out of the way... Arlington earned one TD and was GIVEN another. I'm not too mad at the refs because they actually missed calls on BOTH sides. I just want folks to know that Whitehaven's D is Still Trill! 79 points given up on the Season! WHERE ALL THE COUNTY SCHOOLS AT! Whitehaven vs. White Station a 16AAA re-match! 2 City schools. So much for Whitehaven aint played nobody. I bet that drive back to Arlington was LONG and QUIET. No disrespect, but for everyone picking against Whitehaven AND Ridgeway at this point in the playoffs must don't understand they BOTH have SENIOR QBs that led their teams deep in the playoffs last season. Senior QBs go a long way as far as getting wins in the Playoffs. T-Money Mitchell will be doin work tonight.

Sir, Ridgeway has two of the best playmakers in the state plus solid coaching. Sheldon Dawson and Jaylon Walton are both D1 commits that are beep-beep Road runner fast (Pun intended). On top of that there are a lot of friends between the Whitehaven and Ridgeway players. That played a HUGE factor in that game... However we did score 41 against them so we were str8! If Roland Genesy were on our team he'd be a heckuva goaline back and OLB.
