Peabody has picked up an assistant coach that could be a concern for all opponents. We'll still be planning on thumping them. Maybe we'll have a few tv banners made for pregame festivities.

From the username, I think he'd be affiliated with the team that will no longer play us in the jamboree.

NCS

All year long I thought UC was the only team that had a chance of beating NCS and I still think that. Peabody is on a roll and they are heavy on seniors, but so is NCS. If your linebackers can keep their qb contained, you should win.

CA NCS

It was a video, not a picture. The Peabody team was jumping and chanting, "We won the m!$&"! !@&$:!g game" repeatedly for about 20 seconds. A player then says, "if you are not in high school, leave the room." You then see a couple of men in khakis (coaches?) leave the room. One of the players then climbs on a locker and starts pulling on the tv. Another player then joins on the pull. No harm done to UC. We lost to an inferior team that lacks discipline.

Peabody did not cause a single one of our 5+ fumbles nor either of our snaps over the qb's head nor our botched extra point attempts. Everything was self inflicted. Peabody did decide to load their backfield with blocking backs which I thought was a good adjustment on their part.

Thanks for all of the congratulations. I think many teams out there could have beaten us tonight.

UC did all we could do to keep from winning. Could not hold the ball. Could not get an extra point. Penalties that should not have occurred. Not sure why it happened.

If you don't see the problem in athletics, it is time to wake up. U of Missouri is a prime example. Look at many of the high school coaches and ask why they don't discipline like they should and why they don't train players as hard as they should.

If the citizens of these big cities would quit putting liberals in public offices like they have for the past forty years, a lot of these public school problems could be fixed.

We also caught a spark in the playoffs last year.

I thought Huntingdon would be in the semi-final game this year up until they lost two of their running backs. How have the losses hurt the defense and how have the coach and team adjusted?

That's what we were told repeatedly last year.

I pick these also.

Becoming more and more skeptical that Dresden makes it past round two.

At best, Trezevant has a 50% chance of representing the west. Their scoring performance is not impressive this year.

No fake grass at UC .

I miss talking about us. UC came into this season losing, for the regular season, our starting QB/record setting kicker/starting DB the week before the jamboree. We returned 2 starting defensive players, a LB and a DB, from last year. We returned two starting offensive players, a RB and a WR, from last year. UC is now 37-0. The stable is loaded with juniors and sophomores for next year. Congratulations Coach Bowling, staff and team. We're looking forward to the playoffs.

Think about it if you're a stud football or basketball player and moving into the NWTN area. Your choices are UC and some other school like say ... Huntingdon. It is a no brainer to choose UC. You will have the opportunity to play for a championship and get a top notch education. Of our 22 starters, I can only think of one who did not go to elementary or middle school at UC.

Officials got in a groove with throwing flags and stalling the game. Almost like each one wanted to get in on the action. Drive killers. We normally don't get penalized like that.
