Give us native Oak Ridgers a hint.Or what u think of the person you are hearing about.Ive not heard anything besides a couple of names but nothing close to being done.

I dont think there is as much blood all over the place as you think.Ive not seen anything that says Joe was forced out.Also Miner has known for a while he needs to go get some HC exp if he wants the job.If he does a good job at HV he can always come home if next coach doesnt work out.Just from people I know there is a lot of excitement for the future and ready to see what happens.Also people happy for Joe and thankful for all he did for Oak Ridge.Im just not hearing from people angry or worried about future.I agree with you 100% on bringing Rossier back.It would be more fun than I could handle

You always do a great job and thank you for all you do.I understand a lot of what you are saying and we did have the smallest SR class Ive ever seen.The problems I am worried have been going on longer than this year.The difference in our weight program and others is unacceptable.Also the problem we have had with our Oline for longer than this yr is unacceptable.I wont go into other things but I think most of us dont want Gaddis fired but to show that we are gonna fix these reoccurring problems.I0 SRs or not an Oak Ridge team should never get bullied upfront like we have.We had as good or better skill guys and LBs as any team around but lost 8 games.Most of us just dont wanna hear that nothing is changing because it was bad luck and we will do the same things and be better next yr.Im hoping this past season fires JG up and we get back on track.Thanks again for all you do for Oak RIdge sports

What I dont know is why football dont have anybody but other sports do at Oak Ridge.I have fam on the girls bball team and they had someone come in a do their strength and conditioning.Football not having somebody is a crime.You need someone who knows what each kid needs and holding players accountable.At the very least coaches making sure they are doing a basic workout.

Willie I respect what your saying but my coaches called me a lot worse when I messed up.Im taking shots at the oline as a whole instead of saying names.I also blame coaches way more than the players.We are not talking about an Oline who isnt good or below avg but one that has been as bad as it gets this yr .Somebody needs to get their little feelings hurt and fix it.Have respect for the tradition we left behind and get to work.Ive been to every game this yr and watched some players go thru the motions.We have way to many who need to find the weight room and work a little bit.Most importantly we need coaches holding players accountable starting now and making sure we fix the problem.As my coach would say if we have time to feel sorry for ourselves we aint working hard enough.The problem sure wont go away by acting like everything is ok

I would love to see a change because I think the program needs a reboot.But if Gaddis stays I will support him and the team 100%.Only because I think he would make some big changes in how things are done.I know he loves Oak Ridge and hates to lose.For those 2 reasons I cant imagine if he is back that he keeps doing the same things.I do know there are many fans who are done with him and that makes things tough to come back from.Some of these reoccurring problems must be fixed no matter what it takes.I dont care who the HC is next yr they better not bring a pathetic Oline out there again.

For some reason a lot of people hate it.We tried some kind of option(Triple i think) 5 years or so ago and then changed.We have tried all kinds of things.We tried 5 wides a couple of games and it worked great so we quit doing it.I have always heard if you cant block good a option offense is the best way to go.Also Oak Ridge always has 3 or more good RBs so that would help get your best guys on the field.For some reason we have trouble finding a great passing QB.I would love to see one of our ATHs playing QB in the option and see how it goes.To me if you cant block you have to run some kind of option or spread the defense out as much as possible.Anything but what we have been doing would be great.

Maybe.Ive been going a long time and dont remember anything close to this besides S.Stevens last yr.The offense was just so bad.Its just crazy because you have 3 players with D1 offers and a couple of guys who are really good high school players that will play at a small college.The defense was solid but all the 3 and outs plus turnovers would take the fight out of them.With the talent its hard to call them the worst but Ive never seen a team look more lost and have no answers.We never improved or got better at any aspect of the game.We couldnt block a bad 1A team and hard to do anything with that.Ive heard people blame HC,staff,QB,Oline,Dline,lack of off season work,injuries,tiny SR class and more but whatever the problem was it was ugly all yr.We threw an awful pick 6 right b4 half in 1st game and its been downhill ever since.

So proud of my Wildcats for never quitting all year or tonight.The refs killed Oak Ridge and was not going to let them get that last score.That late hold that called back the TD was such crap.Then late hit the QB and helmet to helmet next play and nothing.But Oak Ridge shouldve played way better in the1st half and shouldnt have waited until 2nd half to get fired up.So proud of J.Berven and the year he had.He is gonna be a steal for some small college.Also major props to E.Rogers.Heyward got hurt in 2nd qtr and Rogers played his butt off and picked up the slack.Thanks to 77 and 70 for never coming off the field all yr long and thats hard to do on the lines.A lot of coaching blunders again tonight but if Joe comes back I will support the team and do everything I can to make sure we get back on track.Thanks to the SRs

I would love for the Cats to get a win and get some experience for this young team.So much talent next yr could be really good if we fix some things and have a new approach to the off season.As has been the case all year this game will come down to the Oak Ridge offense.If it is the offense who cant block nobody and goes 3 and out all night we dont have a chance,QB has to take care of the ball and not turn it over or take big sacks.Lets hope our best game on offense last week gives us some confidence and we keep it going.I will be shocked if McMinn has the talent we do at the skill spots but games are won upfront.RWR

Clinton always talking about improving and next year.Beat Karns last yr to end the yr and acted like they won the super bowl. Your crazy coach promised big things this yr and failed again.Guess Clinton wont get to hang a banner for making playoffs but maybe you can make one saying we beat Karns

He did get ran over pregame.But I thought radio was messing up he sounded so bad.I think radio said we had over 500 yards of offense.I dont think we found something great that will carry over but we have got better on offense which isnt saying much.Bad news is the star of game for us hurt his hand on his last TD so he could be out.Lets hope him and Joe get better soon

LOL no I was at game.That dont surprise me and they are the best.They get so mad when we beat them and really mad when they think they have a good shot to win.Ill have to go back and watch.Last week you ask about how many carries Dozier got and they finally got him the ball more and it paid off.He was breaking tackles left and right

Would it make you feel better if we played Clintons sch and went 8-2 or would it still feel wrong

Best we have ran the ball in a long time.Dozier was a monster tonight and had to break 30 plus tackles and have close to 200 yards.Lots of players making plays on both sides.Defense play solid and was really hitting people which I love.Good win

What does missing playoffs to 2-8 or 3-7 team feel like

Opie has had a longtime crush on Coach G and cant let it go.He wanted to be Juliet and has been mad at R for not picking him ever since.Everybody needs to find somebody that cares about you as much as opie does CG.He has been on this kick for years.Anything about CG and he cant contain himself and has to post.
