  1. Nice! The new issue of MTSM comes out in 2-3 days, and there's a story on Flight. That went to press just before this win.
  2. I don't want to overlook this sport. It needs coverage, too!
  3. "I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member." ~ Groucho Marx
  4. Interesting perspectives here. Hmmmm....
  5. Why? That almost sounds like golf. Shhh.... nobody make any noise. We're hunting wabbits... I mean, playing football. Part of the excitement of H.S. football is the music.
  6. If I could only watch one game on August 20, which one should I watch? Which team is "the team" (or Top 2, Top 3) that should be watched? Same for August 27? Trying to plan out my monthly schedule. -KP, MTSM
  7. 1. It looks like the forum has the ability to attach files disabled. Linking to external sites for graphics is leeching, and most site owners hate that. Some free services let you link, but if traffic dwindles, they delete your images. The post loses all value after that. I wanted to attach an image. 2. The ability to edit signatures is not showing up in my profile. Is there a minimum post limit? I guess I could go make a bunch of random posts, but would rather just be able to edit the signature without adding post clutter. That's all.
  8. I don't think this article applied to pop-ups, but rather in-page ads. Thankfully pop-up ads have slowly died away. Those were inexcusable intrusive.
  9. Megapixels and compression -- not the same. A JPEG will use all of the megapixels of the camera sensor. Even if you tell the camera to only record 800x600 low resolution images, it still captures the scene with all of the available megapixels, and downsizes internally when processing from RAW to JPEG. I've been shooting with Nikon for 15+ years now.
