Landon Foster is hands down the best kicker/punter in Tennessee. Had three punts inside the 3 yard line against Franklin and every kick=off has been a touchback. Not sure on his field goal stats but he hasn't missed more than one or two. Watching this kid is amazing hes is the best kicker I have ever seen at the high school level.

First of all Indy wasn't bringing more than the O-line could block. Franklin's QB had all day in the pocket the majority of the time. I say it was the defenses that made the offenses look bad. You're talking about an Indy team that put up 68 in a game and was averaging 29 points per game coming in. Franklin was averaging 32 points per game coming in. You saying the offenses made the defenses look bad just doesn't add up. And if you had been paying attention you would have noticed Indy played with 3 down linemen because their starting DT went out the first drive with a knee injury and never returned. Loosing arguably your best defensive player and making the necessary adjustments to still come out on top is quite amazing. I credit the coaching staff and the heart that Indy has shown game in and game out to overcome adversity. There's something special about this Indy team.

With a HUGE win over Brentwood, Indy will take on Lincoln County. I don't know much about Lincoln County but they seem to be a solid team (someone please give some info on their team this year). I still think Indy will keep on rolling and pick up a convincing W in their first home game of the year. My Prediction: Indy 27 Lincoln County 7

Indy is back on the map. They are clearly a favorite for the district title and I think the Dyson/Indy haters will be hard to find at the moment.

They wore the practice jerseys because they sent their away jerseys off to be fixed and they did not get back in time..

Blackman was preseason ranked number 40.

If you go to the M@x Preps website and look at the rankings it shows them number 40 in the nation.. I tried to post the link but it wouldn't let me.

I think what he is trying to say is that they are no satisfied with the loss, but they are satisfied with the way they played. They outplayed Blackman all night long and should turn that into confidence and move on. Indy is no where near the terrible team that people like you have said and I believe that is the point trying to be made here.

Exactly. Indy was the subject of so much criticism before this game, and after they completely outplayed a preseason ranked 36 in the nation Blackman, the criticizers are no where to be found. Indy deserved to win the game but a loss is a loss. However, there are not a team in jeopardy of loosing as many games and predicted.

Apparently the kids weren't that stupid mack.. Maybe the "young" guys saw something in their team and had confidence because anyone at that game knows Indy deserved to win and should have won.

How about we just watch the game and see what happens? Its really annoying to sit here and listen to everyone talk about how bad Oakland is going to beat Indy. Yeah they should considering every kid on their team looks like Shaquille O'Neal. They must have good printers for their microsoft word birth certificates.
