15-0. We will have tough games against maryville, mccallie, and fulton. Alcoa should win but i think they will be good games. Alcoa just has to many weapons. Maryville is going down.

The guy from Hopkin. started it by grabbing Brandon by the neck. Brandon just pushed the guys hands away. The whole reffing squad was a joke. They made the Alcoa players take off their gloves in like the second quarter, after the game had started. They made terrible calls the whole game and obviously made a bad call on Brandon. Kentucky refs stink. That sums it up.

I've heard Hopkinsville has a good team. They won the class 3A State championship last year. I say it will be a good game, and Alcoa will have a good challenge from these guys.

Coachspet1449 has a point. Alcoa has only 400 students with the rest of the high schools close to 2000. U will always have more fans. It dosen't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. MLREB the overall achievement was that Alcoa walked away with a victory and won 3 of the halftime events. U have seen what we have and what other teams don't. That's what we have. But i'm not gonna bag on anybody so good luck to maryville in exclusion to our game. See ya soon.

MLREB, why do u get on here and diss on high schoolers? And Shiverdecker or Brandon would probably beat Walker. Kyrus is a good runner but had a bad start. I mean everyone jumped about 10 times. Someone was bound to have a bad start and he did. He knew he was beat but thats ok. Alcoa walked away with the ultimate achievement.

It's ALCOA all the way! I know Huntingdon has a good team but they won't be strong enough to stop Alcoa. Alcoa showed what they had at the jamboree. Sevier Co. didn't look like they had a chance at all. And Alcoa won 3 of 5 of the events at halftime. We'll have some good competition this year against Fulton, McCallie, Maryville, and Hopkinsville, KY. This is gonna be a great year of high school football.

i don't believe there was a lack of communication with other coach's. No teams wanted to scrimmage us and luckly OR came out and said they wanted to play us. The alcoa boys will be ready for the season, so everybody can stop worrying about us and start preparing for us. Let's get it baby!!

I have to say that when Logan Love from ALCOA is playing in the outfield he is one of the best outfielders in the state. He has a cannon and is very quick. Is also a very good hitter. Watch out for him.

Tony is definitley ready and if he has the credits and the scores he should be able to go. he is an all-around good player and could jump to the pros. But if he wants to stay at UT and play ball for his dad then so be it. Good luck to him and what ever he decides to do.

I have to agree that Koeneman is probably the best hitter. He has just the longest shots i've seen. He just has the bat motion down pat and takes the ball for a ride.

I say Justin Ridenour of Alcoa. Makes big plays late in the game and keeps his team mates up the entire game.

Actually I'm still in school. I'm just on break. And what are you talking about us celebrating. A few days or even the day after you win the state title ya'll go and put up on the " Welcome to Maryville" sign the year you just won it on. we haven't put up about the last 2 or 3. And also you had a big pep rally the day before the state championship for football. Which lasted for most of the morning. We had a 30 minute speach from the head coach. This was after we had won the championship. We really celebrate don't we!
