I agree. All of the games should be competitive but a Milan victory sure would make a great early Christmas present!

My argument was that Milan's defense held CPA's starting offense to 1 TD. I didn't think that it was silly until I seen bulldawgs#1's post. CPA really never scored. Thanks for correcting my silly argument.

I apologize if I offended anyone anyone from CPA. That was not my intention. I was just bragging about how well our defense played throughout the game.

"What if" CPA's starting quarterback played the whole first half? He did and they only scored 1 TD. The only thing that makes me "feel better" is the final score. I understand that playing good defense is part of the game too. Heck, it was Milan's defense, not the offense, that put up the only score in the second half. I know the "what if" game can be played all day long. The fact is that Milan held the starting offense to 1 TD and that cant be argued. It was a good game from start to finish and I congratulate both teams on a wonderful season.

First of all I want to say that CPA played an excellent game and congratulations to both teams. Maybe we can meet up again next year for another exciting game. Was I the only one that noticed that CPA's offense only scored 1 TD with the starting quarterback playing? If Finch didn't fumble and CPA return it for a TD, the final score could have easily been 23-7. I know you have to play solid defense and CPA did. I'm NOT trying to take anything away from them. I just think that Milan's defense did better than the score suggests. Great job to both teams.

I'm not predicting a score either but if Milan plays BULLDOG football, than Fairview will have a hand full. I think it will be close and advantage goes to the team with fewer mistakes and turn overs. Ball and clock control could be the difference. Sounds obvious but you never know!!!

Westview(7-4) beat Camden(8-2) and 8 seed Pearl Cohn(5-5) beat 1 seed Smith Co(10-0). Anything can happen in the playoffs. I still hope and expect our dogs to win but I agree with you that maybe Martin will give us a challenge.
