i saw some scrimmage footage of maryville and greenville. both teams look huge. greenville actually looked bigger. who won that scrimmage. and are they as big in person as they are tv.

Riverdale might be without their QB. may have torn ACL. will know Monday.

just because sec is toughest conference doesnt mean they win every game. they beat each other up all season. if boise st. was in sec they wouldnt go undefeated every season. doesnt mean they are not still a great school. mj would do good this year in 7aaa but year in and year out it would be tougher. same with maryville.

they are 15 to 17 year old kids, they just played the battle of the boro the week before. have you watched the nfl lately. play a big game one week have a let down the next. the score was 63-21. last time i looked that was domination and thats with a running clock starting in the 2nd quarter.

yes, they really did ask for mercy rule.

coffee county ask for the mercy rule to start. so offense did a good job taking the ball down and scoring. clock would have ran even with a called timeout.

yes, if riverdale beats blackman and oakland beats smyrna- riverdale oakland game will be for district. if blackman beats riverdale they will probably win district and riverdale oakland will play for 2nd.

You can't compare schedules, both teams play hard schedules. it should be a shoot out again just like last year. riverdale missed about 6 extra points in that game, so its probably going to come down to who makes the least mistakes.

I see alot of smack talk on the signal mtn side, just wandering if they can hang with Blackman. This is a lose/lose for Blaze.if you WIN you beat a 2a last year, 4a this year and only a three year old school.if you lose, well not good.Signal will not back down, i watched them play last year in cookeville before smyrna/maryville game.very talented team. Come on Blackman,show these teams what its like playing in 7AAA!

i am also worried about a hangover. it is tough to travel that distance play a physical game and get prepared for another tough game with a short week.

Warriordad82, be sure to let them know on kentucky message board that best player on ensworth corn elder lives in murfreesboro, along with many more players at private schools. it's hard to schedule them when they recruit your players for the next year. could you imagine how much stronger distict 7 would be if we kept those players.
