  1. You spent all last week mocking Gville and now here you are on the bandwagon. No one is surprised. Fairweather fan.
  2. I feel myself being pulled to your level and will relieve my self of your company now. Enjoy bliss, Fair weather fan.
  3. Whatever you need to tell yourself. I'm sure when we get to Cookeville you'll be driving the bandwagon. Fairweather fan.
  4. Just try and ride out the storm and tell youself what you need to. We'll see you back in the fold when the sun comes out.
  5. Call it by a different name, call people childish names to make yourself feel better. None of it will change what you are. A fair weather fan.
  6. Gordonsville hasn't played anyone that has speed like the Pirates. That will be the difference maker.
  7. 4/26/12 pm Hindquarters in the Saddle Headquarters in the Hat Mr. MountainTroll, I again offer my apologies for the confusion at our last engagement, but you must take partial responsibility. The advantage of not getting shot at must be weighed against the possibility of misidentification in the aftermath of such heated battles. In defense of the honor of my men, I must remind you that they reported you put up but feeble resistance. I must also compliment you, that is a lovely dress. In closing, I hope you can put this behind you. Your Obedient Servant, Capt. Ferguson
  8. 4/26/12 Hindquarters in the Saddle Headquarters in the Hat Mr. MountainTroll, Regarding your latest missive, my ire would be raised if such accusations came from a man of standing, as opposed to a broken down, slanderous homeguard. Your efforts to deflect responsibility onto your brethren in other camps is simply specious. I was dismayed to learn that Sterling Price had defected to the opposing forces, assuming a lying scoundrel such as yourself would ever reveal the truth. If this be fact, he will face court martial, and hanging, should the forces of good ever acquire his person. As for your threats regarding my troops, they revel in the chase of fleeing homeguard. This activity keeps them in condition such that no other physical training is required. Such merriment is a welcome distraction for hard fought and hungry men. In parting, I hope General Price is more faithful to your cause than the previous oath he took. I look forward to a fleeting glimpse of your fleeing back at our next engagement. Until Then, I Remain Your Obedient Servant, Capt. Ferguson
  9. 4/20 Hindquarters in the Saddle Headquarters in the Hat The Greater Coach T Community, It has come to my attention there has been an escape attempt from the Yankee occupied territory of Signal Mountain. This would be understandable but for the fact the perpetrator is a Yankee himself. It remains to be seen whether the attempt will be succesful or not, but Bill Price is seemingly trying to get out of town in front of the torches and pitchforks. An old truism says,"you can't fault a man for trying to better himself". As I gaze from the east brow at the little people below, I can appreciate the sense of superiority attained by holding the high ground. The overriding question occurs, why are some of us chosen to rule, while others are chosen to serve? As a commander and leader of men, I feel an obligation to nurture those under my command. That is why I cannot fathom why CBP would lead these young men into the maelstrom of 4A football, only to abandon them to an ignominious disaster of multiple defeats. He obviously cared enough at one point to cheat. What has changed? Your Obedient Servant, Capt. Ferguson
  10. November 7, 1861 Hindquarters in the Saddle Headquarters in the Hat The Greater Coach T community, Let me begin by saying plus one. No utterance of human origin could further this cause. The definitive statement has been made. Obediently yours, Captain Ferguson
  11. June 15, 1861 Hindquarters in the Saddle Headquarters in the Hat Dear Mr. Grunt, Regarding your previous missive,we also suffer under the cowardly assaults from those who seek our lives from concealment. The passage of time does not change the fact that those who pursue such means are of a low order. It does not matter the cause they support. A sniper is a coward in any conflict, regardless of the era. The only thing lower than a sniper is a spy who dresses in the wrong uniform, and we hang their scalps from a fence. I am sure you can empathize. P.S. My men are suffering from want of sustenance. Could you direct us to some source of pigs in your area? We intend to initiate legal asset forfeiture proceedings, if you know what I mean. Your Obedient Servant, Capt. Ferguson
  12. Dear Mr. MountainTroll, I sincerely appreciate your attempt to apologize for the rest of those blue scumbellied carpetbaggers and worse. Unfortunately, their mouths have dug a hole that words cannot fill...it's gonna take some bodies! Me and the boys will be patrolling through that area on unfinished business in the near future. I would advise you to secure any stock and or property that you favor. I will brook no insult to my brother in arms, Maj. Basil Duke, C.S.A. While he may not be a hero in the eyes of carpetbaggers and other such trash, me and the boys hold him in the same esteem as our little sister. In order to prevent the further effusion of blood, might I suggest that you surrender now. P.S. Please bear in mind that our policy is not to take prisoners. Your Obedient Servant, Capt. Ferguson
