  1. A few observations... Shane (BC) beat Costello (SH) at Stone Memorial on Saturday in the 120 class. Blevins from Bearden is at 152 now which will be where she'll more than likely stay.
  2. Not sure why it's formatted like this, maybe it's because I entered it in on a computer and not mobile.

  4. I don't have the brackets with full results, but I'm sure those will get released to the coaches who participated at some point.
  5. Agreed. Multiple state level competitors will be there for this one.
  6. Teams that have committed: Stone Memorial Halls Riverdale Science Hill Cumberland County Alcoa Union County Knox Catholic Hardin Valley Academy Heritage Livingston Academy Bradley Central Cookeville Farragut Greeneville Page Ooltewah Maryville SESI Knox Central
  7. Stone Memorial will host a fairly competitive tournament on the 10th. As like last year, I doubt they will post results on Trackwrestling.
  8. Good list, just a few things I'd add... 1. 100 will be hard to rank all year, with the lack of depth at that weight it's going to be anyone's guess who will finish in the top 6. There might be an 8th grader to crack that list before the season's done so stay tuned. 2. Not sure if she wrestles at 107 this season, but there's no way would I rank Underwood below anyone at 107 outside of Baines. She competed all summer until getting injured and if she decides to go back down to 107 I see her in the Finals against Baines. 3. 114 is WAY too early to call and I don't think will be close to looking like this in a few weeks. The Freshman Grassman from Cleveland looks good coming all the way from WA and will be on the medal stand but this weight class will change a lot before the season ends. 4. Shane from Bradley Central at 120 will be higher than 6th by the end of the year. She's another one of the group of talented Freshman who should reach the medal stand. 5. My best guess is Redmond won't be staying at 138, Gibbs has another girl (Harr) who could easily be in top 6 there and Redmond more than likely drops towards the end of the year. 6. Patton has already been beaten in the pre season by Hosford by pin from Catholic and Howton (145) by points from Maryville. 7. I don't see Blevins from Bearden staying at 165, I'm glad to see she's back this year and could be a dark horse at 152. 8. Trinity Lynn from Gibbs should be #2 at 185. That where she was last year and she's currently at 190 lbs now.
  9. Ha! While I know now you aren't who I originally thought you were, but this assessment still proves to me your screen name should be Don'tKnowMuch.
  10. No one said I needed your help. He joined our program in '95 as an assistant coach then took over as head coach in '99 after we had already won 3 of the last 4 Region titles and been to the title game rhe previous 2 years. Therefore, as I stated earlier in this thread he inherited a championship program then proceeded to elevateit to another level. So I'm not quite sure what point you're trying to prove other than reading comprehension (or any intelligent thought process for that matter) continues to elude you...
  11. Did I stutter?? GQ came aboard as a coach in '95. Inherited what Hammontree set in place after the '98 season. The weight program had already been established by Hammontree before GQ's tenure took it to another level.
  12. He came in 1995, stick to what you know (which is not much).
  13. We're talking a few months ago, not ancient history or even last season. Jalen Hurd isn't walking through that door.
  14. Maybe, but any team that took a L to Farragut shouldn't scare Oakland what so ever.
  15. Upon further review, you were right sir. Not the first time I've ever been wrong, but it doesn't happen often.
  16. Not shedding tears over here Potts. I'm glad the boys made it as far as they did.
  17. No diversions, dude just wants to jump on the anti Maryville bandwagon cause his son could never beat us.
  18. They're not, but it's not why he left. Where are you guys at though?? Oh yeah, Pal got put out.
