Kelly was a baller on some very good squads up at Haslams Pilot Flyin W of Knoxville.....they with the guidance of their coach/AD had the market corned on II-A football....had the numbers ballanced right at that cut off point for years where they would be the largest of the smallest....then the transition to A then to AA and it aint been all that so much since.....for sure some good teams and players.. ....there were lots of people shuttin them down in 2015 when they had to transition to A Booger just sayin
