Absolutely get the young players playing time and experience. And I am not disagreeing about that, the only thing that I am saying that it is not QUALITY coaching by PRESSING up 30 at any point especially with less than a minute to go in a game, not 2 minutes . But hey I guess he is teaching his team character. Good luck to all the girls teams tonight

He's not a regular poster anyway. Congratulations to Jackson county. Hensley is not just a great "big", she is a great player who contributes greatly to her team's success. Proud of our girls, you gave everything you had all year long.

Union city really has overcome a lot this year, as I'm sure many teams have, and this has obviously affected their offense. Lost incoming junior who scored over 1000 points in two years, lost another part time starter who was scoring about 8 points per game for disciplinary reasons, ACL tear to Reaves in Saturday's substate game definitely affecting her since she didn't even play in the second half today, and Reedy was in the hospital Saturday and overnight Tuesday night. They never use any of it as an excuse, and I want to commend the kids on their effort. Our community is very proud of what these kids mean to us, and we are hopeful for just two more wins this year.

I'll go ahead and jump in here before Jackson county has to. Yes, the big girl is still at Jackson county, and that big girl's "standing" was probably the main reason our girls struggled against them last year. I'm sure most teams would love to have her "just standing" on their team.

Don't know about the can't part. Lake county had a great game plan and almost succeeded. Thankfully, UC had some young kids step up and make big shots for us last night.

This seems to be a worse year than usual for injury in our district.

Who are the four greenfield starters out with injury? I only saw one player in street clothes, #23, and she came off the bench last time we played.
