CC was supposed to runaway from the slower weaker Bradley team? Bradley played CC's game and beat them at it. Overcoming the refs and grown ups yelling obsscene things to Bradley players... Cope had 32 points and 18 rebounds against your strong, 2 time defending state champs earlier in season. Is that good enough stats against a "quality team?? Anyway obviously the girls that did get the honor are awesome players and play with Cope in the summer and she loves and respects them and their games. Good luck to all 3 of them!

It seems the refs always decide the game these days. Go Bearettes and I agree hopefully the refs are ok with girls who block shots and do not anticipate a foul ...

DougVick I'm judging off what I saw when Cleveland played Rhea County and Bradley. I saw Cleveland vs. Red Bank and watched ya'll in the Jamboree too. Ya'll were solid in the middle of the year when you went on that winning streak. But Cleveland looked like a different team vs. Bradley and Rhea. I just don't know how that's possible when you're fighting for a playoff spot. Bradley was very average last year and Rhea has been down for a while. That being said, I have no doubt that Coach Crawford and the Raiders will be better than 5-5 this year. Doug Vic, Bradley had 5 starters and 2 Captain's endure season ending injuries in the first 4 games of the season and still played for the championship again. Bradley may have been average in your mind and the East Hamilton Game was the worst effort of a Bradley team in Coach Floyd's tenure however, 2 weeks later after the best coaching job of the staff's tenure we beat Blackmon and followed that up with another Cleveland victory who everyone had playing for the title in 2012 after they beat the OWLS. You might show some respect to the Bear players and staff, they have certainly earned it. Talent wise by the end Bradley was certainly wounded however they finished the drill and you cannot say that for some other teams in 5AAA.

Livingston has much better basketball than the Chattanooga teams. That is just the truth!

Blitz, One more thing the 4th qtr calls in Blackmon's favor were obvious attempts to keep the game close. 1.The charge Copeland took that was called a block, 2.The blocked shot that was called a foul from ref at the top of the key, 3. No. 11 for Blackmon who was a great defender had a foul called on her that was obvious, then she shows the ref up clearly but no tech assesed. 3 times Blackmon came over a Bradley players back, one of which was when Reuter did what every post in America is taught to do. "CHIN the Ball" and is called for an offensive foul.........I guess she should have just let her take the ball away???? Of course not Blitz.

Blitz, Obviously you have not seen the video. Rueter did not yank the girl down and like McMinn Central we have video evidence to prove it. It appeared that way however the girl simply lost her balance as they both had hands on ball. Also, Blitz the head official said exactly that because the AD was in the room when he said they made a mistake. You see Blitz those two calls were sent to the referee that called the techs and he acknowledged that he made a mistake. If you want to watch the video I will get it for you to see it is just as obvious as the video that Central provided. Airstrip, Your exactly right!!!

Did you see the game? If not you ought to see the 1st tech called... A horrible decision by the ref who was told by one of the other refs that the Blackmon girl just lost her balance and fell down. Congrats to the ref you affected another young persons life for the worse.

Any ruling on Rebecca yet? No If the refs did not change the Blackmon technical last year in Sub state and they are not changing the Cannon County 3 that was not shot in time, then I am sure they will not admit that they messed up on her techinal. The kid has never had a tech in her high school career and the same ref called 2 Tech's on her in the same game. If you remember last year at Cumberland County we had a girl taken to the hospital and was having seizures on the bench and the ref during that contest did not call a Foul much less a tech... Anyway i guess "Life is not fair" right and one thing is for sure referees make mistakes more frequently than they should.

Coach Moore is a great coach! What she did was her choice and i have a great respect for coach Moore! But rember last year at Lee Camp when starters were on boycot and didn't participate? THAT IS THE CRAP YOU PUT UP WITH AT CLEVELAND!! GO BEARSETTES! That is what i was referring too! I know the administration wanted her folks, heck alot of schools wanter her...... Certain Parents of players and the players stating they were not going to play. Can you imagine that going into your season then the same crew beating on each other over a boy.. However, you are right two are graduating. There is drama everwhere but disipline is the answer and mom with two kids was over it.

Agreed. They ran off the best coach they ever had with Coach Powell being ran off 2 years ago. Feedback from several involved they all say the same thing It is a really tough place to coach!

I don't think Bradley's guards will be able to handle the pressure. I don't think Cleveland is going to have a team next year. Word from Raider faithful there is going to be a mass exodus next year. Have you heard Raiderfan25?

Yes... Cleveland had alot of discipline issues down the stretch of the season. Not shaking hands after the loss was the least problem the Cleveland coach has faced.
