  1. I hard Spring Hill. I know this is only 1A/2A, but I HEARD Riverside, Scotts Hill, Bruceton, and Fayette-Ware (again) on the move.. That is all rumors however.
  2. No band. Since Trinity is a private and all grades (K-12) are under one room. Who knows? I think they have like 30-40 players on their team.
  3. Thanks, what you just said fits perfect to North Side style of their football. Did they have a lot of bench players? how is Hamilton's band? North Side will wear Hamilton out, minute by minute. THANKS, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!
  4. Wanna know who is the best team in West Tennessee? lets do it by oppoents reaching the playoffs. Covington- 6 opp. made the playoffs. Dyersburg- 4 opp. made the playoffs. Milan- 6 opp. made the playoffs. North Side- 8 opp. made the playoffs. S. Gibson- 4 opp. made the playoffs. Lexington- 5 opp. made the playoffs. Henry CO. 5 opp. made the playoffs. That stat proves one thing, "If you want to be the best, you got to play the best." NORTH SIDE is the best team in West Tennessee. (That stat was regular season only. Games on November 2nd doesn't count.)
  5. The only way BTW can go to the Boro, if they hold the ball for 2 minutes in the 4th quarter again. (If you were at the BTW/TCA game last year, you would know what I am talking about.)
  6. Anything on Hamilton? I heard the got good defensive ends, what else?
  7. Trinity is going to Dresden with a "SWAGGER." Akin doesn't have experience? Come on man, he started about 15 to 20 games as a quarterback. That's enough experience for a smart QB like Akin. I smell a Lion team driving to Jackson proud, because their Lions grind and get the W.
  8. I am talking about the future for Milan. I saw the Milan freshmen team play, not very good at all. (No offense). You half to make a 28 point comeback against Haywood. (Haywood put up 6 aginst JCM). IMO I believe South Gibson and Peabody are the 2 teams that have brightest futures in Gibson Co. Look down the road, class of 2016, 2017, and 2018. That's what I am talking about.
  9. you are lucky that Henry Co. fans haven't seen what you said "The Powerhouse." We all know that people from Jackson are moving to Medina so they're kids can go to S. Gibson. (more than likely). You are starting to see S. Gibson be up there with Milan. They (Milan) are not the best team in W. Tennessee. So what makes you think they are a powerhouse? I am sorry, but year by year, Milan will be 10-0, 9-1, 8-2, 7-3, they are gradually going down, and i think next year, you might see that.
  10. The days of Milan being "THE POWERHOUSE" are over, they might have 2 more years in the tank, but after that, not going to be 10-0 or 8-2 anymore.
  11. IMO.....with a 42-7 win for Lexington, Liberty is afraid. If Lexington leads by 14 or 21, Liberty gives up. Liberty is better than a 7-4 record, but they hurt themselves a lot.
  12. The future of football is the no-huddle offense. Teams that do a no-huddle offense normally has speed. Teams that has size playing the spread offense better have depth on the D-Line, if they don't.......SPEED KILLS!!!!
  13. Crockett relies on there running back a lot, you can see him getting about 15 rushes and 5 to 10 receptions, there defense struggled for the first part, but has gotten better week bye week. Yes they are 6-4, but the 4 losses came to South Gibson, and Covington (both 10-0 teams) Milan (8-2) and Dyersburg (9-1, that loss came to Covington), but the only impressive win came to Humboldt and Martin-Westview. In my opinion, whoever wins the special teams category, wins the game.
  14. North Side has been tested, Liberty play them well, but only ran 10 plays in the 2nd half. Millington did good because NS needed competition, but NS had the last possession in that game won 13-9. Brighton led that game 14-10 in the 2nd quarter. I am exicted for the playoffs in quad 4, IMO one of the teams that comes past semis, will go to Cookeville. And yes, that means Beech will lose.
  15. looking at the playoffs and seeing the Middle Tennessee (Quad 3) is weak. Having Clarksville-Northeast as a #2 seed with a 7-3 record, and there 3,4 &5 seeds with a 6-4 record. Quad 4 #2 seed is Ridgeway with a 7-3 record. But there #3 Craigmont with an 8-2 reocrd, #4 Hamilton with a 7-3 record, and #5 Henry. Co. with a 8-2 record as well. That proves how tough Memphis competition is and the bracket is tough to go to Cookeville!!
  16. Just want to let all of the Henry County fans know that are attending the game. 4 of 5 home games for Hamilton were played at Crump, the other 1 was at the Whitehaven. Dont know where this game will be play at.
  17. the difference between 5A quad 3 and 5A quad 4 shows how tough the competition is in Memphis, can't believe Clarksville-Northeast is the #2 seed and they are 7-3
  18. just curious, but what is IMO stand for?
  19. It won't be a close game at all. I am not saying that Hardin County is terrible. North Side will win this game well in the 3rd quarter. North Side 42 Hardin County 14.
  20. I feel sorry for Henry County and Northeast fans, traveling to Memphis to play, and if a win, going back to Memphis.. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the reason why TSSAA did those quads for playoffs is to limit the travel time??
  21. Nice to hear your live in Murfreesboro, have you seen teams like Henry Co., South Gibson, Jackson North Side among others play?
  22. JCM still plays there, but there field goal post has been leaning over for like 10 years straight. Best Facilities. Munford, Union City, Peabody, and Huntingdon Best field Milan and TCA. Best Atmosphere Henry Co. Huntington and North Side.
