Kudos to Oliver Springs for coming over to play. They competed hard and exposed the things we need to work on. It was also good to get some younger players in during the second half.

Do coaches not decide who is playing certain positions on every other team? Only WB?

I lived in the Chattanooga area when I was a kid. I remember seeing a Notre Dame bus with the Leprechaun logo on it back in the 90s.

I think most of us feel that the program is finally headed in the right direction.

Unless we get a game worked out at the last minute this week, Ooltewah will be our next opponent. Last year this game was 31-7 in favor of Ooltewah, but it was a very competitive game until about midway through the 4th quarter. WB was trailing 17-7 and driving to pull the game within 3 when they turned the ball over and the Owls scored two late tds to make the game look more like a blowout than it really was. Looking ahead to this game, I get the impression that this one will give us a very good idea of how this season will go for the Govs. There is some optimism within the program with an experienced senior qb and some nice pieces around him. There is also a sense of momentum after beating Cleveland last year and sneaking into the playoffs. The question is can WB take the next step and get closer to the top of the region. We will know after the trip to Ooltewah. How is Ooltewah looking this year? The Ooltewah fans on here have been very quiet. Can any of you chime in? Or even anyone else in the Chattanooga area who keeps up with the Owls. I saw that they got a close win over Davy Crockett, but I don't know how good they are.

That is assuming that they get paid for all their normal business, but they don't. Many people straight up can't afford to pay their medical bills, and a lot of hospitals have had financial problems as a result. So now when they (hospitals) have a way to get more money, it's, "His parachute didn't open? He obviously died from Covid-19."

Here's an interesting stat for you: over 50,000 people die per week in the US on average. That is without Covid-19. Those numbers come directly from the CDC. Knowing that, do you really think it would be difficult for them to pad the numbers to push their agenda? It has been widely reported, and confirmed by media sources, that hospitals are getting more money for Covid-19 patients than other patients. So, of course they are labeling deaths as Covid-19 deaths. It is scary to see just how easily manipulated most people are. This virus is mainly killing old and very sick people and our leaders are talking about not letting kids go to school and canceling high school and college sports. That is insane! Can you think of any demographics that are healthier than high school and college athletes? You may say, "Bu, but they could give it to their grandparents!" And that is true! But the same can be said of the Flu and we never cancel school or sports for that.
