Mckenzie has some size, I think they will handle Dyer County. You always know a Comer team will be coached well and prepared.

UC continues their dominance in region 7-1A. Tradition never graduates sums this team up.

I believe Halls will outlast the young talented Falcons. Lake County has a bright future if their middle school team from last year continues to improve as freshman.

I will take with Union City in this one. To beat the best you have to beat the best and until the streak is broken they are the best.

Only noticed on multiple polls you had criticized Dresden's ranking on each. I was only trying to see what you knew about them to make that the statements you were that is all. Hatred is a strong word but it was not meant in that context, my apologies.

Only time will tell I agree with you on that. If Dresden can score fast and get ahead though the running game is hard to stick with. Its not impossible. I believe 7-1A might be the most fun to watch this year with the diversity of the teams and the talent. All 3 of their top teams bring something different to the table that is hard to stop.

I have a ton of respect for Coach Morris he is truly one of the greats, but in the game I will haver to take Liberty 17-0. Liberty is just too much for the Dawgs right now. However, if these teams meet up in the playoffs don't be surprised if Liberty runs into a different team. Milan gets better as the season goes which is a testament to Coach Morris.

No doubt this is one of the biggest rivalries in West Tennessee. Whoever wins this has to earn it because both teams play up in this game.

I will take Hollow-Rock Bruceton and the Johnson kid in this one by a landslide.

Whats with all the hate towards Dresden? Have you seen them play? Word is they have one of , if not the best QB in West Tennessee. Not saying they deserve to be top 3 but their resume looks pretty good so far. Huntingdon and Dresden will be in the mix at the end.

Well I am glad that no one on this board has any say in the outcome of the game haha. Tomorrow will be a great game between two great programs and two great coaches. I am excited I hope my boys will pull it off on the road but either way hats off to both of these programs for making it this far and past success. Both obviously have done something right. I have read and read the last few days about coaching vacancies around the state. My question is why fill a position with someone who has previously been there for one and two why more people don't give the younger coaches a chance? From the many years I have watched football from Memphis to Cookeville I often wondered if some of these schools that are having down year after down year could use a little energy, passion, and new life. I guess I am asking why more people don't look to the young coaches or why they aren't given a chance more? Just Curious

That's not Westview's style they talk with their play on the field. The Martin community other than Dresden weeks, are a lot like their coach calm and collective. They expect a win when they step on the field but they aren't going to boast about it. So you most likely wont see much trash talk. They lost to arguably the best team in 4A by a small margin in a game that could of went any way. They also played a terrible game against a playoff 5A team and lost in another close one. Their only other loss came to Huntingdon by one point. They are a good football team and I truly believe they will make a run. Having said that this is the playoffs and nothing is a sure thing and Hickman Co. has a good team to have got this far.
