Best coach by far this valley has seen*???? Wow I'm with Beerman you're off your rocker... He is a good coach no doubt.. And a good man too I guess.. But he ain't better than Vic or Don Grider, Ken Colquette, Danny Willson, Phillip Lolley, Chris Jones or Kenneth McCinney.. All them fellers won Championships.. That's some good coaches in the valley, and not to mention the Sequatchie folks would say Sid Fritz.. So your comment is ridiculous.. Another thing about all these great coaches I've mentioned is loyalty.. #1 quality

Great post. I'm like TTP i think it'll be hard for Whitwell to be a lot better next year... However i do think Helton has them going in the right direction. I've heard nothing but good things about him. I just hope he stays for a while, and builds some stability at Whitwell.. With good coaching, i think Whitwell should finish no worse than 2nd in that region every year.. It'll be hard for them to ever beat SP, but they should be able to at least not get blown out every year by them..They have gopod coaches, but in my opinion they need one or two more that could help Helton. Smyrna is a good team, but I think they could break a record this year for most consecutive games with players getting ejected.. I was at the game and the refs need to be penalized for letting the game get out of hand.. Everybody knows WC not very good, but the refs almost allowed a brawl take place.. Smyrna has class by not runnin score up, but their staff has no control of their players.. Just my opinion. I'm a Sequatchie county fan

I'm not arguing the fact that Grundy will improve.. They have no where to go but up.. It's just gonna take them 2 years to win 4 games.. When these freshmen are soph they'll compete and when they're seniors they'll be 6-4 which is good for Grundy.. I ain't hating it's just the facts.. Where's beaver

Not hating at all, I just think scaring Watertown is a little different than beat or even playing with upper man... If you think the Whitwell game went bad...... Reality is on the horizon.. Upper man is for real!!
