I'm not a fan of the Smokey Bears mostly due to Coach gobears. This game has all the makings of last years 5A game in which one team was the "overall best team in the state any classification" and the other team hadn't played anyone to get there. The week before, the real 5A State Championship was played between Hilsboro and Ridgeway. Nothing against Indy, I just get tired of reading "we want Maryville" on here. I hope the Smokey Bears can pull the biggest upset in high school sports tonight!

Just like last year it was Hilsboro vs. Ridgeway if I remember correctly. As they say, that's why you lace them up and play the game.

I don't coach but if I were a college coach, I would take TD Blackman first. Not saying anything bad about the kid from Baylor, I just think TD is a better football player. Sorry for not agreeing with you. Btw, I got Maryville by 14+...... I've been wrong many times before tho

I can't speak for Indy in regards to this but I do know that without Tee, OR would have been an average football team this year.

I think both are very deserving and I don't think anyone got "robbed." I do think that the entire situation is sad and it was wrong on so many levels. Absolutely hate it for all involved. Congrats to both of these young men! Nothing positive will ever come from how this situation was handled. Exception: both these dudes have bright futures ahead of them at the next level!

The kids have "bought" in to what he and his staff are doing or you wouldn't have had the success that you have had. I'm sure the folks at Catlick do sing his praises.

Is Maryville in your region?? No?? Nuff said!! Get over yourself. For years I read about how Maryville would never have success playing with the "BIGBOYS" and yet they hammer you year in and year out! It is about State Championships! Otherwise, the season would stop after the final regular season game! Beat Maryville, then you can talk the talk. Until then, understand that the SC runs thru 875.....wait, 845.....or is it 825 La..... Yeah you get the picture! Good luck in your quest!
