Derek Rang is about to go win a State Championship at Dresden... He was the head coach at Powell before that... Dresden's sr class is loaded, and I think he sees a chance to dip out to a more talented program year in and year out

He is the OC at Cookeville, He has been coaching under Jimmy Maynord at Smith Co. and Cookeville. He has always done a good job as an OC.

Exactly what I was thinking the Blue Devils have nothing to gain by playing TC. If you are going to schedule a 2A team you better make sure it is one you know your going to beat.

None taken. I know I just went on a spill about not comparing scores, but Boyd did hold them to 19 2 weeks after you guys played them. Also H20 is only giving up 17 a game, and with them being 10-1 who knows how many points were given up against the subs. I am not trying to argue that they will win. I just think this is going to be a lot better game than what people think.

And Marion couldn't beat Boyd last year and Watertown did last week! Also Marion Co. beat South Pitt last year, and they lost to them last year so obviously their not as good as they were last year. JK... You can't always compare scores and predict winners of high school games. Watertown has a good football team as well as Marion Co. Not predicting a winner but I think the game comes down to the 4th Quarter.

Wayne Co. is a very good 1A football team with a very talented QB. They also have an explosive playmaker in #8 who is hard to catch once he gets in the open field. WC fans what kind of stats has he put up this year?

Today is a big day for Lebanon, the new district alignment will determine if the Blue Devils have a chance to compete in the near future.

Not so fast.... Seq County is 10-0 but their wins really aren't that impressive when you go back and look at their schedule. Most impressive win is over 1-A South Pitt, and if they played right now my money would be on South Pitt. Dekalb Co. with a healthy Jennings would of added another loss to that schedule. Seq County may make a run to the 4th round due to being in the weakest quad in the state, but don't get confused they aren't even close to a top tier team in 3A. Alcoa, Stratford, Liberty Tech, CPA, Goodpasture would beat them by 3TDS.

If #49 doesn't play then this game will not even be close! Gordonsville wins either way but it is much closer if Z. Johnson is good to go.

Since then Wisconsin, Iowa, Iowa State, and North Carolina have all offered. It would be hard to pass on running the ball in a Wisconsin system as a running back.
