I know everyone at Station Camp is excited about hosting the game this week. With the fun of Homecoming and a region power coming all in one night, I'm sure there will be a big crowd. The Region should show itself with the SC/GHS and Sycamore/WH games. I think the game should be a great one. I doubt anything that has been talked about on the past two or three pages will have much bearing on the game but it looks like people have entertained themselves well. As with most games, I see this being decided in the trenches. Greenbrier is always very physical and SC returns most of their line from last year and has had a lot of success this year. I, of course, hope the success continues and the Bison come out on top. Our players are very focused and coaching staff has worked long and hard to prepare for this game. Go Bison!!!!!!! I should also mention, I remember well Jody Dorris wandering the halls of Greenbrier Elementary and Ryan Dickerson winning the Science Fair with his How Coke and Gatorade Rot Your Teeth Exhibit. It will be great to see old friends down by the Station Camp Creek Friday night. I hope the place is packed and the Bison win. Crook

It was certainly great to have the Fling in Middle Tennessee. The crowd at MTSU was more than the bleachers could hold. I hope it stays in Middle Tennessee for a long time.

I didn't realize PJPII had track and field. I haven't read anything about them.

I've seen a few scores posted from the tournament. Can anyone fill in the blanks?

I saw a couple of games during the tourament. WH-Heritage defeated FC Boyd 5 or 6 to 1. Westmoreland defeated Eagleville Portland defeated Glencliff College Heights defeated Eagleville. Coach Smith at College Heights runs a very nice tournament.

I got a chance to watch a couple of pool games and bracket games. Riverdale was very impressive. Good pitching and good bats. I agree with other posts that St. Benedict was killing the ball. Hendersonville impressed me too with their ability to move runners and take extra bases.

Congrats to the new District 8AA. It should make for great crowds Thursday night.
