If riverside minimizes penalties esp 15 yarders they are gonna be hard for anyone to handle. Would have been a different game with Waverly if they didn’t have them.

He is good on his feet and one of our receivers will be open. Can’t contain them. The true weapon is coach McConnell. He will pick your defense apart with his play calling.

Waverly has a very good team and an excellent coach. But anyone who thinks they are unbeatable is wrong. 1A Huntington pulled it off and Fairview was a close one. If McConnell hadn’t made his adjustments we would have lost that one. Crazy things happen in th playoffs just like Scott’s hill knocking off adamsville and almost Waverly last year. I’m still picking us to win it all this year tho!

I agree! Probably better throw JD Dixon in there too. I would probably have to go with Jackson for his all around impact he has on th team!

not true! the talent has been there off and on. they just needed a coach like mcconnell. and the team you are referring to was the 87 team that got put out in the semis by BA

talent pool has been there. Coach McConnell has built this program from ground zero.

I’m going with Michael Jackson from Waverly. Like vandy said in a previous post he is a one man wrecking crew on defense. Gavin is a good QB but his work with th WR’s he has its more of a team effort.

If Lewis Co gets put out in the first round and i doubt they will they have still had an awesome year. No matter who is on anyone's schedule its a great accomplishment to finish reg season 9-1 or 10-0. Playoffs are a bonus!

Where would you start at Waverly? It’s full of mr football. ESP on offense. RB, QB, WR’s, LB. I think I would have to give it to th HC cause it wouldn’t be possible without him!
