This game will be no boat race either way! Both teams are similar with not so similar records. Both play physical and this Rockets team has been successful at every level and have the “IT factor” you just can’t explain. Looking forward to the game and I can promise you riverside has not been hit like they will be Friday night.

He tends to rub people the wrong way. Takes sometime to warm up to him but, actually he is very knowledgeable about high school football particularly the Rockets. He wont sugar coat it so I wouldn't be offended that's just him. Man the Rockets always seem to get paired up with the toughest competition. Been dealing with the Marion Co juggernaut the last few years. Before that is was the likes of Adamsville now back to the west and we get Waverly. Guess you got to beat em' sooner or later. anyway, game day time to put the talk aside and line em' up.

I told y’all amerigha would stop by soon. Y’all done got em’ going now . Forrest is physical but like previously stated we won’t score enough to hang. The weather may be an advantage for Forrest. As far as seeing a passing team like Waverly, maybe not but, I can promise you BGA passing game was one the best I’ve ever seen at the high school level. Safe travels and go Rockets!

After the season the Rockets have had were just glad to have the opportunity. Could be a huge mis-match but, we’ll come on over and line em’ up anyhow. Forrest won’t do anything special and we know our identity.

Been quiet on the Forrest side this season. Amerigha will be by shortly, that I can promise you. About Forrest, been a tough season. Was picked to win the region but, if it could go wrong this year it has. T.O and penalties have killed us. This team could easily be 9-1 and has the talent to be. That’s why they play the games. Wing T power run oriented offense. Solid D against the run, skeptical against pass. If Forrest can limit T.O and penalties they have the ability to keep it respectable as they are a time possession team. Our O will be the best D to keep high power Waverly O off the field. We must sustain drives as we can’t match Waverly point for point. These seniors have won a lot of games and lost last yr in 3rd round to Marion. Lost 2nd rd to Marion in 15’. I don’t know anything bout Waverly but what I have read and it looks like they are compared to the previous Marion co teams so they must be a very solid club

These teams have played some great games the last couple years. I wouldn't sleep on this rockets team though. They could very easily be 4-1 on the year. Have had some very tough loses to quality opponents. Should be another great game. Good luck Rockets

Eagleville has improved and they have a good QB and WR. I think Forrest turns the page this week and gets the Win. Eagles are always a tough out for Forrest especially at home. Rockets let one slip away last week and its time for the seniors to be the leaders and right the ship. Weather conditions favor the Rockets.

When the QB has no time makes it an uphill battle. Can't get behind the sticks against that D. On the opening drive Forrest had positive plays and good mix of run/pass. Man y'all kicker got a leg. Very un-orthodox approach on the kickoffs but, one of the better kickoff guys I've seen in high school. Very high and deep to give the guys time to cover. Good luck against AE

Gonna be hard to beat the warriors. They are more of a complete team than AE. That D is crazy good. Offense looks more balanced and harder to stop this season but, when the young QB makes mistakes you better make em pay. Although he only had 1 turnover last game it should have been 3. He's pretty slippery too with good vision.

CEJ, great to hear he is doing well. Your son always played with Class, Pride, and tradition. I have enjoyed watching him play. He has helped to set the standard for Forrest football going forward. Gonna miss him next season. See ya on the diamond pal.

I couldn't agree more truth. This first MC possession after half will determine this game. Forrest can't give up any more points. That will be a tall task to say the least

Great teams make their brakes. The rockets have had some chances to make this game real interesting. Gotta cash in on them against a team the caliber of MC
