Stewarts Creek's enrollment dropped below 1900 (not 2238) this year with rezoning and the opening of Rockvale. Smyrna is the largest school enrollment wise in RuCo at this time.

Beating a hapless La Vergne in their last game does not make them hot. Truth is, Smyrna has been blasted in 2 of their last 3 games.

Let's just be honest here; Oakland would win with their freshman team.

I personally think Cane Ridge is better than Houston, Bradley Central, Dobyns Bennett, Stewarts Creek & McMinn County.

MJ was the 2nd best team in 6A last year and gave Oakland a heck of a game, but saying it "worked" is up for debate.

Well Princess, one must learn where they are on the food chain.

Maybe Coach Perry should a YouTube Pep Talk like he did before the Oakland Game.

Siegel, Rockvale, Warren Co and Coffee Co will all be sitting home. This would be a great opportunity for those programs.

I just know it was stressed playing in the dry on Thursday would significantly reduce the chances for injuries for both teams. The CC Coach has every right to refuse.

I also hate the way the schedule sets up. This should be Riverdale week.

The closer this gets, the more and more I like Stewarts Creek.

An improved Pioneers’ program just got shellacked by Riverdale. Oakland sent a message to the new Coffee Co coaching staff and their refusal to move the game to Thursday. (80pts in the rain) Looks like a 56 - 7 type of game.

This will probably be the most competitive game ever between the two schools within the Smyrna city limits. Smyrna has tradition and home field, but Stewarts Creek has better athletes. I think this one is down to the wire... Smyrna 23 Stewarts Creek 24
