not sure how it works where your use too but tn hs football is different. some teams have middle school teams and other teams have ball park teams. tough for them to compete. thats why since oakland and oakridge both have middle school temas i think it would be a good matchup. it probably wont happen because oakridge wont make it to state finals this yr but might if they get on a run

watched fghs admirals play against mo west and coach sanders earlier in the season during one of packmans productions smith hammaker rivalry thursday games on comcast. i thought fghs looked good on d and o. young qb through the ball well alvins defense. i like to see a fghs v dobynsbennett rematch before the next season starts

bold. i expect a closer contest. oak ridge is a a solid team but soddy dasiy has been hot of lately. i would like to see a oak ridge v oakland state final or semifinal game. they would match up with the athletic caliber of both schools. they have both middle school footall and this that helps them alot when your talking about developing plaeyrs for deep runs in tssaa playoff brackets.

whats the feel of the west rebels under new coach brown? he had some tough teams up at mo east before he left. be nice to see a knoxville team make it to Murfreesboro this year.

i havent seen a ooltewah play since my brother was playing at lenior city during 2012 season. i look forward to catching this big 6a game. watched dobynsbennett play jeff co a last week and they looked like a solid team. this is my favorite time of year getting to pick a game off the bracket and go watch. any good spots to eat in tri cities before the game near the school?

this one will be closer than most think. maryvile is tough but bearden been good playing well on d and there old school o will be tough for dereks boys to stop. i do think maryville will pull away in the end. that should make hurleygurley happy since hes got a bone to pick those west knox boys.

Greenback may have some upgrades to take care of as far as there bleachers go. But hands down 1 of the best atmospheres in East tn high school football if you ask me. Thats what it should be about. Not fancy bleachers but communities coming together.

I think it's best for Wartburg to go with a safe pick this go around. Much like what unaka did with there recent hire from the assistant coach from Knox halls. Just go out and get a guy that can bring every one together and keep some kids from going other places.
