Red Bank doesn’t handle the ball very well, I just don’t think they can handle the pressure that Meigs will put on them, and they were getting tired last night because they didn’t have much on the bench, and no I didn’t think the PG is playing she was on crutches last night.

I kept waiting for you guys to make a run late, but just failed to capitalize on those turnovers, and we will see you guys again next year as I think we will be battling it out for 1st in the district and region.

The boys play tonight and the girls play tomorrow night at 7:00.

Congratulations to the Lady Tigers on making the region championship for the 4th straight year. Now my thoughts on tomorrow’s game, first after watching RB and SM play, I’m a little surprised that RB beat Signal Mountain, they looked to me to be the better team, but RB took care of business and got to the championship game. I know that Meigs played Red Bank two times last year with Meigs winning both games by 20+ and Meigs returned everyone from last year and I think Red Bank returned everyone but one, I think they said Central caused around 20 turnovers last night but failed to score off of them, Meigs defense is much better and I think Meigs will be to much for Red Bank and they will win by around 20.

King I’m sticking with my prediction, I still think You guys and NG go this year, and I did pick Oneida to win there region, and I’m staying with that. Winning the region is huge because Oneida is a little better than I thought so whoever plays them will have a little tougher time.

I thought Meigs was going to run away with it but SM didn’t quit. Good game.

So what’s everyone’s thoughts on Monday’s games? I saw where Red Bank only beat Tyner by 10, and I just don’t know much about SM, they’ve played a really weak schedule, so it’s hard to gage them.

Yap the only team that had a real chance was Sweetwater, and I listened to the game and Sweetwater lead almost the hole game but came up short at the end.

I think Cameron led the team with 20 tonight.

I think Meigs is the favorite by far, if they show up and play it will be hard for any of the region 3 teams to beat them.

No really, my prediction was Central would beat Tyner, I said Sweetwater and Polk had a chance. I was hoping for a sweep

Bradley big at home 20+ Rhea in a close one at home. white Co at home by 15 McMinn played them close the last time. I’m calling the upset EH in a close one at home.

I know it’s hard to go of scores but. Austin-East 46 Tyner 29 Sweetwater 58 Austin-East 29 that’s a big difference and I will be shocked if Central loses.

Central will have better ball handling then Tyner, Meigs played them in the first round last year and they really struggled handling the ball, Meigs won by 33 and could have won by 50 if they wanted to, but I guess we will all know soon, hoping for a district 5 sweep, I would much rather drive 30 minutes to Athens, than a hour to East Ridge.

I understand what you’re saying, but I don’t think district 6 is that good besides SM and RB and I don’t think they are as good as there record, if they are anything like last year, both teams are lead by two good players and if the point guard is out for RB I’m taking Polk, and Sweetwater is playing there best ball of the year and have a chance for the upset as long as there two best players don’t get in foul trouble.

Sweetwater lost some good players from last year team, but there still pretty good. But I wouldn’t be surprised if district 6 swept district 5, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the district 5 girls did the same thing to district 6.

I’m hoping for a district 5 sweep, and I think it’s possible.

In the first round I’m going with Tyner, Red Bank, Howard, I think Sweetwater vs Brainerd is the hard one to pick but I say Sweetwater at home.

forgot to say that Central has to beat Tyner first, which I think they will.

Which game are you talking about Red Bank vs McMinn Central? Did the point guard get hurt last night?

I’ve not seen any of the Chattanooga teams this year, but I do know that SM has played a weak schedule with only a few teams being over 500, but I did see something that was interesting. Walter Valley 62 Red Bank 46 Walker Valley 55 Polk 50 it might not mean anything but just thought it was interesting.

You could be right, Polk won the regular season and then goes 0-2 in the tournament. Do you know who won between Tyner and Hixson girls last night?
