I'm pretty sure the team is voted on by the coaches. If you dont like who made it tell them, or make your own dream team. Otherwise it really doesnt matter.

Gallitain in Sumner County. About 40 minutes north of Nashville. The Tennessean reported that its scheduled to open in Aug of 22 and will have about 700 students. So if they have a wrestling team they'd likely be in small school. But the sumner county school district website showing open coaching positions doesnt have wrestling open. So either they've hired someone already or they're not going to field a wrestling team the first year

Personally i've always thought whoever wins the hardest weight class should get OW. Some think whoever is the most dominant should get it regardless of the rest of the weight. I guess Shires winning it IS the medium of the two. Not the strongest weight, but top 3. Not the most dominant wrestler in the tourney, but again, top 3.

nobody "hates" cleveland. We're all very well aware they're the best in the state every year. What we hate is this victim mentality that if they don't win an award the whole state is conspiring against them.

Chittum committed to Minnesota and stopped wrestling in any HS events. Cleveland isn't vulnerable. They'll probably still win the individual tourney by 30-40 points. Bradley put together the perfect line up against Summit, then Wilson Central, then Cleveland to keep each close. Kudos to Bradley for those game plans but Cleveland is still the clear favorite.
