Westview will light up Covington’s defense, not saying they will win because I’ve never seen a McConnel coaches team that could play a lick of defense. His offense though can and will score on anyone.

If Waverly doesn’t fix their pass defense they won’t get very far in the playoffs

Waverly is in for another beatdown tonight. The program is really taken a nose dive with the new coach.

Huntington will score at will against Waverly. It will be running clock for sure. Waverly’s defense looked a little better than last year but the talent on offense and coaching are both way down from last year. Waverly looks to be headed back to a non playoff team quickly.

Waverly looked very bad, no where near as athletic as the last few years and coaching appears weaker than what they had with McConnell.

Waverly should win easily against Camden. Camden has been down for several years

Is Westview going to have anything with the new coach or will they still be a bottom feeder?

Yes sir have seen both teams practice and play. McEwen is good but depth and coaching both in Wavo favor so that equals zero chance.

McEwen has zero chance of beating Waverly but I like your enthusiasm.

Peabody was the better team no doubt. If it had been on a dry field it would have really shown. Size on the line would have been a big factor if they could have gotten any footing. I will have to admit Peabody had more athletes and more speed than Waverly. Congratulations on win and bring that gold ball back to west Tn.

Great game Peabody coaches were the difference made great adjustments at halftime and Waverly never made any adjustments in 2nd half. Waverly always seems to get outcoached in the big games though. Good luck Peabody win that gold

If it rains the whole game and Waverly goes back to the spread and passing game I think Waverly wins. If there is no rain or Waverly tries to prove they can run all night out of a tight formation then Peabody wins.

After watching the film on RS and LC game Waverly will struggle to score points. I’m thinking Waverly will be 3rd round and done again

Waverly can still pass but no close to last years caliber. It will be a close game unless one team just has a meltdown

General and Apache you can say all you want to about last year and this year but when all the BS settles it comes down to one thing. CA defense has to get 4 stops on Waverly or Waverly will just outscore them in the end. Comparing last years teams is a waste of oxygen, CA can’t throw the ball this year and Waverly runs a lot more and doesn’t score nearly as fast as they did last year. CA gets the stops on D they win if not Waverly wins, either way should be a good game to watch.

I’ve watched Hickman play and they just aren’t very good. It will be a running clock

I was at the game and I can say DA didn’t look very good on defense they were always out of position. Waverly same ole story one of the worst defenses in the state, very poorly coached. IMO they finish 2nd in the region and will be one and done in playoffs.

Win or lose hopefully it’s a good close game with no injuries. After week 1 I’m not sold on Waverly D being much improved. Most of the night Camden had no wideouts and Waverly had 11 in the box. If Waverly scores quick it will put a lot of pressure on their D to get some 3 and outs or they will spend to much time on the field. A lot of what ifs that’s why they play the game, can’t wait to see how it turns out.

What does CA have this year, they were a dominant running team last year the few games I saw. Will they win the region?

Camden’s size and running game will wear on Waverly. Waverly wins but it will be a lot closer than most think.
