Ok here we go. First of all eagleville lot better than I expected. Tip my hat to them. But been saying all along riverside has to finish drives n cut out the penalties if they want to win. 3 trips inside the red zone n 3 field goals. Biggest thing was two touchdown passes called back n nothing to show from it. The penalties at the end of the game were embarrassing. That's what the panthers have done all year when they face adversity. Good luck to eagleville the rest of the way.

I'm still undecided about that. Riverside does both but has some big threats passing . The run game has gotten better but still would like to have both options. Don't really know how it will affect Eagles

Last year when the lions made their run they had the talent n players to accomplish that. They were banged up when riverside played them this season n it was hard to get a real feel for them. They r dealing w a tragic loss n I really expect them to come out swinging but dk if they have enough to pull off an upset. It's a joke. Obviously the state rankings have been suspect all year n this article shows that all he knows is what he sees on paper. U can call it motivation or bulletin board material for all them teams some of us are doubting but n the end they will realize

To b mentioned w the likes of Jacob tucker is a huge compliment itself(best high school qb I have seen) . While Jacob was bigger they both have that great pocket presence n seemingly eyes n the back of their head. I've thought that of Gavin n the three years I have saw him play. Good qb with a good team around him. Going to b a handful for anyone n the playoffs

Ok I'll admit when I was wrong lol. U quoted east Hickman guy so thought u was w them. My fault. N yes the penalties were horrible that game. Our guys were frustrated n lost their discipline. Both teams combined for almost 400 yards penalties. But only one ejection w an assistant coach just escorting him to locker room

I'm sorry I'm not one to address posts on a game not related to the subject at hand but I am going to respond one time to this ludicrous statement. First of all I wasn't on field so I can't say I saw anything. I wouldn't doubt inappropriate comments or actions were made by either team. That's the way it goes at times but after the second or third time riverside scored their coach called a timeout to tell them not to respond to cheap shots n slurs that some of our guys were complaining about. East Hickman had nothing to lose but rhs did. Just saying w kids they will say anything. And as far as the insane remarks about ejections their wasn't one fifteen yard penalty called. No late hits, personal fouls, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Hence no ejections were given to either side. Sorry for the long post. Btw I think Forrest will play hard but waverly too much. 49-14

Some people say parsons n some say decaturville but kind of in between. We prefer just riverside. We will run and pass it. Defense is sound n like a previous poster said if we don't self destruct we will b a handful. But ik the Eagles r no slouch n will b up to the task

First time these two have ever met. Dk a lot about them other than all their games were close against region opponents. Seem to be a very competitive team that is backed up by a state ranking. A very tough draw for riverside n the first round . Think it will b a very good game
