I would be surprised if there aren’t 1-2 openings in Bradley County this year.

I don’t have a kid on the Cleveland team and could care less. Just watched on TV. Owls Quarterback is a good athlete as are the two rb’s and the rb’s brother. You beat a Cleveland team with a depleted roster for reasons well known in other Cleveland threads. Maryville JV would beat the owls and any other region team except the Bears. You caught an inexperienced Bradley team early without a Sophmore wideout with SEC offers. Terrible region this year and both teams last night were poorly coached. Last time I had a reason to be really interested in a Cleveland Ooltewah game it was 42-7 Cleveland and Ooltewah quit.

Out athleted

Ooltewah our athleted a down Cleveland team last night. Their offensive scheme looks like a middle school. They will get hammered in the playoffs.

I was just pot stirring because of the “rain out”. You guys were going to hang a bunch of points on Cleveland. That would have been an additional W for you guys. There would be plenty of Cleveland folks lined up to help make that happen though.

Maybe Pemberton leaves anyway. Hasn’t he always been kind of a Nomad? Maybe you guys can hire Cummings if that happens.

Yes you certainly were. I’m not entirely convinced that’s actually a Bradley fan either.

Not only are the Bears getting some Cleveland transfers but there is a steady stream of Cleveland Middle kids now going to Bradley. It’s open zoning. That is the much bigger problem for Cleveland and the person who is whining about playing time. I’m sure the Bears would like to see Cummings at Cleveland for several more years.

It’s a really bad situation for the kids and Coach Cummings. Not making judgements on why the situation is what it is but there are at least 6 all region calibur talented kids that have chosen to focus on other sports or transferred. One starter transferred to Bradley just before the season and chose to sit out a year. Several others have transferred as well and they are losing many kids from the Cleveland middle program to Bradley. Roster numbers are declining and even assistant turnover has been high. Hate it for the kids and the coach. Anyone following Ron Crawford was going to have a tough time having the same love and respect from the kids and parents that he did but this has been a really tough deal on everyone. I hope for the kids and Coach Cummings that they finish strong and make the playoffs.

Field will be a quagmire even if rain stopped today. It has never drained well.

The shadow should have been asked for recommendations after Ron Crawford left.

Actually I think 2-2 against Walker Valley stings pretty good.

0-4 against Bradley and 2-2 against Walker Valley. Not good.

Curry is 6’4”. Different type player than Tucker. They have a good rb and another 6’2” wideout that does a good job. Their O-line is very limited.

Their quarterback and wideouts are a terrible match up for you all. I think you can move the ball on their D.

CMS has been the Bradley feeder school for 4 years.

You guys have been known to whip up some pretty good dishes yourselves.

I hope they are. I know their kids deserve it. Cleveland kids deserve something good to happen too. It has been a rough several months for their program.

Big big way

Cleveland still has enough skill kids to handle William Blount. If they lose Friday they may not win a ballgame. With that said, they should win fairly easily.

The quarterback missed WB with a concussion. They stayed healthy rest of year. Year before they lost a lot of kids.

The one by the mall is for sure

I think the one closer to Bradley has scaled back its hours. May not be open for Dinner.

I think his must win game isn’t the Bulldogs but the Bears. I will take the Raiders in this one.
