Well the Goodpasture year in 2007 we would have played Alcoa. Goodpasture lost 35 to 3 after we lost to them 42 to 7. So no on that one lol but in 15 we had a great shot and would be 6 lol.

I’ll say Union City, Westview, or Huntingdon from the West. My Opinion is that if Meigs keeps most of that team they will be state champs next year. If they get past Trousdale or Watertown.

That’s why I listed all three lol. Whoever wins out I see going to the semis or state.

My thoughts. If UC can find some of the pieces they were missing from last year they can make some noise. I don’t know much about about Huntingdon.

I have heard two maybe have applied, also may use a in house coach. So a total of three are going for the job. But that is just rumors in the building I work in. Idk any names either lol.

I see UC, Westview, or Huntingdon from the west. Trousdale, Meigs, and Watertown from the east. I think we can say at least 1 of these teams will be in the title game. . 2 if there are no surprises in 2021.

So far it all seems similar to last year. I’m not in the main building where the central office is located so idk about how things are there.

I work at Humboldt and the worst part about all of this is how the people feel about it. It is literally 50/50 for what happened and against what happened. Not sure how this will shake out. If it wasn’t a split like it is I think it would be a better situation, but it’s not. A lot of colleagues I worked with left because of the change. Edit: I’m not meaning their feelings about the lawsuit or the hire as being the worst part. What I am meaning is the division that it has caused.

Milan and Dyersburg are the two I think that will give us trouble.

Trenton tried to get 5A Henry county to play but they said the game would not benefit them so declined.

The only 1A teams On Trenton’s schedule are their region after that its 2 2A, 1 3A, and 2 4A schools.

Maybe 2021 region standings 1 Peabody 5-0 2 Lake County 4-1 3 Halls 3-2 4 West Carroll 2-3 5 Greenfield 2-3 6 Humboldt 2-3 I’m thinking it comes down to head to head matchups and overall records. I originally thought Humboldt would be 1-4 but I think they surprise one of the bottom 2. Also after all those years getting beat down in 2A will have halls ready for some 1A action. I think Halls will surprise everyone and get third. Remember they had to play Peabody, Union City, Adamsville, McKenzie, and Gibson County for the last 3 to 5 years.

The schools are fairly close to each other. This is the mileage and travel time from Trenton to the local schools.

Milan is the same as Trenton not a county school

Union city has larger population than milan lol Humboldt is one of the smaller 1A schools and its population is higher than milan too.

Well I meant the area around Trenton. Sorry, where I lived I could go to Trenton, Gibson County, South Gibson, or Humboldt. Because I lived basically on the line of the school zones.

Also you have Gibson County and South Gibson That kids in the Trenton area can go to. 2A and a 4A school

In the last 37 games Peabody allows 7.8 points per game. Averages 41 on offense.

Peabody played milan in week 1 lol 34-13 was the final.

Technically we are 1A. They took enrollment numbers from this year.
