Brentwood could be having a break through season, considering half the teams aren't playing. I would love to see a nontypical state title. Brentwood Vs DB or Brentwood vs McMinn. But we know its the top 2 and everyone else according to most people

This is going to get ugly.....FAST

I still think that this game ends up closer than expected. McMinn last year was a surprise and was probably going into the Maryville game nervous and not ready for the spotlight. This years team, should be more confident than last. And i think Maryville will play a great game, but its McMinn O vs Maryville D. Noone has been able to score on that D. Can McMinn keep them guessing and their stud RB still get his?

And they actually fared pretty well against the number 1 team in the nation. They didnt give up or get discouraged

Maybe I am underestimating how good West is on defense. I wasn't that in depth with how the comparisons were. But I guess you are right. So im thinking after that, that west can contain Powell better than Central and it looks like it could be a 7 to 10 point game. Regarding mistakes

The way Powell has been playing and the competition to this point. I would say it may be close in the first half but the second half i think it'll end up looking like the Central game. West and Central seem to be pretty close when talking about team a and team b

Powell and West is a much better option. Noone wants to watch a snoozefest anyhow.

thats what I'm saying. IMG is #1 in the nation and Ravenwood showed that its still high school kids vs high school kids and its a game. They earned respect and id be scared of them come playoffs, they gained some confidence. They did what no other team in Tennessee "Knox or Bount Co" would have done

I don't think this is going to be a good one. Maybe for the boys in red. This should be a very easy homecoming for your bunch. Alcoa should be homecoming now that would spice things up

Yes. Ravenwood in 15 and Whitehaven in 16. Its a feat that doesn't happen often

Anytime you dont score I would be ashamed. Specially when youre considered a juggernaut. Either way you look at it. But it just looks worse in a championship game. Make all the way there to get shut down and out

I would be ashamed of getting a goose egg in a championship game with such a high profile name as Marivul. Thats an all time high embarrassment for such a program like you guys. All this talk about MJ but in reality, they would have shut you all out in the title game too. MJ and Oakland had some of the best defenses to date that year

Well you may be right but it would just give us a different game to look forward to and the Powell kids would be excited and ready to make a statement. I would give Alcoa the win 31 to 17 or could be 42 to 17 depending on discipline out of Powell
