Page was definitely a heart breaker. I think most kids on the team has somebody that always elludes to that game when the playoffs start. WH did beat us in 2013 in the second round. They beat a team we thought was a very good LHS team. But, I think most of us just chalked it up to a loss to a better team....and officiating. Honestly Liberty was the team that always left that bad taste for me. They put our our 2012 team. That team broke records at LHS. Even with all of the success the 79-80 Tigers teams had, that 2012 team is still the most explosive in LHS history.

I've been a Lexington fan for a long time. I honestly don't remember being 10-0 and being put out by White House. What year was this? But, I was just speaking for this team in particular. They knew who White House Heritage was and Springfield, that's about it from this region.

I didn't get to watch that game, but you are right, they do have some athletes. They held Lexington to a 3-3 game going to the half I think.

Yeah, it was. Even though last year was freezing at Springfield, it was a great game for this Lexington team to be a part of. Last year's Springfield team had a great run, and they a team I know some kids want another shot it.

Southside has yet to string a whole game together. Last night might be the best game they've played this year. They can be very physical. They had some miscues against Hardin County, but then played Lexington very tough for a half. Having said that, I've watched Springfield also. Jackets by 2 scores.

I think Hardin County has too much. I think they looked great against Milan after that Lexington loss. They had some new plays in their offense, they had some miss fires in execution.

No, I really wouldn't put it like that. Lexington wants any team in this region because it means playoff football. Thats about it. This team is senior heavy, most of which were starters on the 2018 team that went 2-8. Springfield will probably be the only playoff team from this region that they have a bitter taste about. They lost to them as freshmen and juniors. Before that, Lexington spent a couple of years playing teams from the West in the playoffs. I say Lexington by 14. I expect to see some new things and faces from Lexington on the field as they get some younger playmakers out there for this playoff run. They have some kids that can make plays especially behind that senior heavy O-Line.

Facts. I don't know what either coach will do. But, I would make sure my starters were executing perfectly for a couple of quarters and then I would pull them. It's hard to pick a winner for this game.

I'm most definitely watching. The quality of the teams in this region never disappoints. I'm interested to see how the region 6 teams match up this year.

The end to the drive surprised me. The first down pass when they were basically running the ball down Hardin Co.s throat broke a little momentum also.
