I think the rule is asinine. All the punishment is directed at the school prior to determining what the school has or will do to keep it from happening again. It's like being found guilty prior to an investigation.

You may want to check on the 2015 and 2016 teams that were not overly talented, yet they trashed Blackman both years. By the way, he won the gold ball in 2018 with a not so talented quarterback.
