In reading the article posted.....they mention that his two top assistants moved on to private schools. He makes mention of the fact this decision is best for him.....so reading between the lines.....he lost two big assistants, they can't replace and a tough job just got harder, and maybe just maybe the admin isn't helping the situation either. Added to that I don't think WCS allows a sports class, that makes it much harder in my opinion.

You are exactly right!! You are talking about a school system with 3 schools.....they all know who is getting interviewed, who is "number 1", what jobs are available so they can get him in the school system....being out of school shouldn't delay this, in this school system.

Most schools and systems don't care what 8th grade you are coming from. Once you become a freshman and establish your athletic record at a school.....now all transfer rules apply.
